Im enjoying my chromebook so far. It serves my purpose. One thing, the keyboard is larger and I dont think its set up for typing by using home row keys because the keys are further apart. Just my take because I learned to type years ago.

Perfect for my needs. Just a big phone, but this one has touch screen and fold back keyboard.

This chromebooks was beautifully designed. You simple lift up from the middle not from the sides .. the customary way and youll get the hang of it. The backlit works only if you follow directions.. I got it... love it! Everything about this ASUS chromebook is just perfect. Delivery, packaging and price was worth it No regrets.

This Chromebook is fast, the battery is fine so far, but it seems the quality is not very good. Backlit keyboard is too dim to clearly see on a rainy day, but is ok in the total darkness. The touch screen is missing touches sometimes. The case itself has rough edges in places. It has a weird placement of a power button and side button for volume control. It always gets into the way when you are picking the laptop, also the volume button is broken and gets stuck in the volume down position. And I have not even used this button. Overall I like the laptop enough to keep it, if the volume button would give me more problems I would open the case and fix it.

I am not a computer person this was recommended to me by the techie geek where I work I need help navigating through it but thats on me not on the product Im sure itll be more than satisfactory for me

Not Acceptable for my intended uses. Returned, after much delay from Amazon (shipped immediately, but the Return button was not available for over three weeks). Spent hours on chats trying to get this resolved. Amazon has lost my electronics business, after years as a totally satisfied Prime member.

I use this for basic bill paying, browsing the web, writing papers. My major complaint is the keyboard. There is no caps lock key! Why?! And the worst is that in most light, you cannot see the symbols, letters etc on the keypad! So it’s great if you’re using as a tablet primarily but for extensive writing, it’s a pain. I’m going to look into keyboard stickers so i can actually see the letters.

Would have been 5 stars but since I cant see silver on silver.

Got this about a month ago and it works well for my needs. Not a powerful computer but great for streaming and working on documents. Only downside is the mic isnt great for video calls
