Try to call asus customer service before buying asus products. I waited like 3 hours and still couldnt connect. Their laptops are very bad. Mine broke in 13 months. They asked $2k for a motherboard replacement.

everything as far as the laptop goes is great. well more than great, its better than i could have thought and expected. only problem is the asus box inside the amazon shipping box had zero thats zero packing . so was sliding around in the larger box. i know not a huge deal yet feel could have something to protect a $2100 laptop. givin the prime membership i pay for and i never see 2 day shipping anymore ... a few bubble wrap pieces or crumbled paper would do....anyway hope this helps

Less than 6 months of buying the laptop the trackpad stopped working, after sending the laptop for repair the display started showing white spots so sending it again for service. As the return window has closed I cannot return/replace the laptop so ended up being forced to buy a warranty extension as I wanted to ensure that I do not want to pay for a new laptops repairs out of pocket. I would not recommend buying this laptop.

I bought this as an alternative to my last working Msi gaming laptop. The last 3 Msi laptops were disappointing to say the least, defective when received and never repaired properly or were too fragile transporting to work and back, requiring constant maintenance and lasting 1 to 2 years before going out on me. So I was hoping ASUS could do better and wanted a 15.6 for my regular backpack. I was surprised that once I got the Win 11 OS configured right this little rig proved to be one of the best gaming laptops I ever bought. I have owned 6 or 7 over the years and this one impressed me with its reliability and although it looks kind of frail, proved to be pretty rugged so far. The Fed ex box it came in was banged up and there was virtually no foam, or padding of any kind around the inner box with the laptop - I was really surprised the laptop was not damaged. It is very light as well, so it is easy on an old back, but it will run almost any of my games maxed out and I can game with it in my lap without the fans burning me. No camera which is a bummer and the battery life unplugged is short as you would expect with such a powerful laptop, but I think it is an excellent gaming laptop for the casual or serious gamer hands down.

The only con I have so far is that there’s no webcam but I knew of that prior to purchasing it. Most laptops webcams are serviceable at best, so it’s no big deal really. Gaming performance and battery are definitely an upgrade from my Dell G7 7500 RTX 2070 model. The 1440p screen looks amazing as well! Would recommend!

It’s an alright laptop, I was able to do use it for school. But all of a sudden the screen decided to stop working and everytime I turn it on, the keyboard just lights up and turns right back off again. It seems like other people had a similar problem so it’s not just me. Please find a way to fix this or help in any way.

Overheating issues (Upon investigating I noticed the Fins damaged )

Compete at the highest level of Windows 11 gaming with the ROG Strix SCAR 15 gaming laptop. Take on any challenge with a powerful 12th Gen Intel Core i9-12900H CPU and GeForce RTX 3070 Ti GPU. ROG Intelligent Cooling lets the GPU crank all the way up to 150W of power and next gen DDR5 RAM and PCIe 4.0 SSD lets you spend less time waiting and more time playing or creating. Don’t worry about slow external transfer speeds or connecting to multiple displays with the Thunderbolt 4 port. With a competitive edge this sharp, you can dominate any arena.
