Got this for my son and ordered a second SSD and additional memory. Upgrade was quite simple, and luckily, they included the SSD custom mini sata ribbon cable in this item.

Me fue terriblemente mal con este equipo, el equipo es potente y tiene buena duración de batería, pero alos 20 dias de uso, comenzaron a aparecer unas lineas horizontales en la parte superior las cuales se fueron intensificando, ahora aparecen las lineas junto con un parpadeo que hacen imposible utilizar el equipo.

The Product Description is false. It mentions the PC having two PCIe NVMe SSD slots. The PC came with only one. This does not provide a good value for money then. The Product Description needs to be updated so it doesnt fool anyone else.

This laptop is fantastic, dont bother with the nonsense on YouTube, only DigitalFoundry was correct ! The processor is tuned very well and it does hit high temps when boosting, but that happens to all Ryzen, its the higher vcore needed for the boost and this laptop does expel the heat efficiently when the clocks drop. I would advise anyone using this laptop to go into the power plan and change the settings to the attached pic, while noting that 99% will cut power by a lot!

I bought it for my teenage son for his gaming but he also uses it for virtual learning. I decided to go with ASUS because hes has his previous one, since 2012 and it still works fine. He just needed something that run alot faster.

The specs on the amazon page were completely accurate, that said I sorda wish I held out and saved for a higher graphics card just due to the games i wish to play. This runs most games quite well, however once you get to some of the newer titles it starts struggle to get close to 100fps. For instance, I play valhalla on this laptop, but In order to get 60fps on the game i have to turn on adaptive quality AND make graphics every setting on low with a little wiggle room to increase the texture qualtiy. The 4gb of vram is the only limiting factor on this laptop imo, but this is due to the GTX 1650 not the QC of the company.

Al principio me Asuste por que quedo retenida en Aduana , por si les pasa , llama a soporte tecnico se la rifan resolvieron el problema y llego el dia que decia , si no hubiese llamado se iba a quedar hasta 7 dias habiles o ser regresada ps venia erronea la facutra , por si te pasa ntp , le instale por error 16gb hyperx ddr4 3200mhz y ahora tengo 24gb 3200 mhz hual chanel y va al 100 hasta el momento , cualquier cosa actualizare
