I bought this laptop for my wife as a gift. It worked fine for a month, then started having several hard crashes several times today. Were now on our third RMA to ASUS with little hope theyll actually fix it. Weve shared the contents of our Windows crash log and the first time, they claim there was no issue. The second time, they replaced the hard drive and thought that fixed the problem. We had another hard crash five minutes after booting it back up, and again while we were on ASUS chat support. I dont think I will ever order another ASUS product again.

Product came looking completely different than what was advertised. Ad stated it had 8gb ram at the top and then 16gb in other places throughout the ad. It had 8. Ad stated it was loaded with windows 10, it had 11. Seller refused to replace with the product advertised because the “specs” were the same. Except they aren’t. Buy at your own risk.

No second M.2 slot as advertised. Contacted amazon and they said they would make a one time exception and return item (oh thank you amazon! - sarcasm) but they want a $200 restocking fee! you have to be joking!

Compré esta laptop basado en los comentarios positivos de compradores en México, conociendo de antemano el riesgo de no tener la garantía de la marca por ser comprado en Amazon EU. Después de dos meses (1 mes después de que ya no es posible devolver en Amazon) de funcionar a la perfección, la computadora dejó de encender, los leds no encienden ni al conectar la computadora a corriente. La batería no estaba drenada al 100% por lo que probablemente sea un problema de la tarjeta madre, aunque no está diagnosticado. Como la información de la garantía del proveedor solo la busqué ya después de este problema me enteré que aunque existe una garantía global por ASUS para ciertos países, específicamente en México dejó de ser valida el 20 de septiembre del 2020, por lo cual este equipo ya no entra en garantía global. Para generar la orden de envió con ASUS se solicita específicamente una dirección en EU. Al carecer de esto no existe forma sencilla de exigir la garantía desde México.
