Ill preface this by saying Im a more advanced user. I have been repairing computers casually for 2 decades. I think this computer could be good but 4GB of memory is way too low. Im only running a few windows of Chrome and the thing has become unusable with constant hang ups. The memory is maxed out. You will need to upgrade this laptop immediately. I would not buy this if you dont know how to make the upgrade. I wanted a backup computer with good battery life that I could casually browse the internet on, not do anything powerful. This one cant handle it. Id return it if I didnt know how to upgrade the memory, but Ill just get more.

Battery life is garbage, rest is OK Ok.

Stylish, very light, great keyboard, great thermals. The best in its category.

The update for w11 upgraded this machine, its nice and fast for the price, more for office work and students.

la laptop funciona bien, a pesar de sus 4 GB de ram, recomiendo ampliar, su pantalla tiene unos ángulos de visión son malos, la duración de la batería es muy justa, la cámara web que tiene de muy baja calidad de imagen.

I regret buying this product. Microsoft traps you into its so-called S-Mode, and there seems to be no way to get out. Supposedly a benefit because, like Apple, it does not allow you to download any but its own or its approved programs for security reasons, this S-Mode wont let you download Chrome or other software. I generally dislike Microsoft Edge as a browser, although others may love it; and I have invested in a myriad of excellent, non-Microsoft programs that I now cannot use!

I really like this brand of laptop. Its a little slower than my previous model which is why I only gave it 4 stars, but all in all it suits my needs and runs very well for my PC needs.

Basically it was OK until the Wi-Fi quit working on it. Looks like a hardware issue. Really disappointed!
