Great laptop, do your research to know what you are getting with any electronics this was a good buy.

This laptop is not a big deal ,it has very little battery life, the screen quality is mediocre, I am really disappointed : there are many better options out there.

This laptop desperately needs more ram, but you cant expand it since its soldered in. It lags pretty hard just running google chrome if you have 2-3 tabs. Multitasking? yeah not a great idea, its gonna lag and stuff will just start timing out. Maybe if this ran chrome OS it could function, but running windows eats up too much of its resources. One up side, better than absolute garbage speakers, not good, but better than you would expect.

Great speed. Nice screen. Easy to take it off that windows Microsoft S and have it just Windows. Fast to download web apps like CHROME! (who else dislikes Edge???) Quick install of non web apps as well. Web surfing is very fast. Did not add additional RAM like other reviewer. Dad is very pleased with this, and no one else can play with it! :)

purchased for wife, some browsing, bill paying, mostly solitaire and casino games very happy with it.

I have an ASUS desk top machine and expected the laptop to be of similar quality, however that is not the case. The power cord has failed completely after several months. Prior to the failure to charge, the battery icon flashed off and on frequently. Also, the audio is weak. I will not buy this product again and Im quite frustrated with the performance of this laptop.

Would like more storage in hard drive and RAM for processing
