Poor audio quality!!!

Summary: Great computer, great value.

Had this computer for 11 week. Purchased for my daughter for college. One month into classes the screen began failing. Diagnosed by their Customer Service as defective screen connection, and they offer no option for a loaner PC while repairs are made. They also offer no option for refunds. I explained this is being used for college and my daughter cannot be without a computer for 2 weeks - they didnt care and said I could complain to the CEOs office.

Thin computer, works fast, there is a problem with exiting sleep mode, the computer does not wake up and need to be turned off by force and restarted, a problem that could not be solved

Has worked as expected since recieving the past couple of months. A happy customer!

that there are more RAMed same model with a teribyte of RAM and touch screen

Love love this laptop. Exactly what I was looking for.

Me and my husband bought one for each of this laptop and shortly after we got it we had to come back to our country and we started noticing that the screen gets blurred constantly and we need to restart the laptop. Sometimes my screen goes completely black and I have to restart it.
