> 3 dayFirst, Im 38 years old and needed something to keep up with my 12 year old. That said, I wasnt sure exactly what to get. Take my word for it, this is absolutely where to start. I sampled many boards at Tillys and the drop deck is where its at. For anyone planning to cruise, this thing is so easy to kick from because of the low deck height. Further, theres just enough flex (Im 62 & 178 lbs) that the ride is fantastic. I mostly ride on asphalt, but itll do well on concrete as well. Additionally, the wheels and bearings provide an incredibly smooth roll. One note, as others have stated, you should slightly loosen the wheel nuts, as theyre a tad too tight from the factory. After a quick adjustment, my board was sailing! My daughter has a Goldcoast pintail with Super Reds and it rolls like a brick compared to the Abec 11s and factory Area 51s. In fact, I now have to replace her board because she always wants to ride my Atom drop deck. Another benefit of this board, is how well it carves. Ive adjusted the trucks to be a little looser and I feel like Im carving through fresh powder on a snowboard. Further, because of the cutouts, youll never experience wheel bind. Really, this is way to go. Finally, its beautiful. Thats not exactly what a dude wants to have his board known for, but this thing is seriously good lookin. The grip tape has a subtle logo cut out, and the underside is just rad! Honestly, theres absolutely nothing I would change. Stop looking and add this to your cart. You wont regret it. BTW - I was not compensated for this review. Im tired of the incomplete, or less than helpful reviews.

> 3 dayIts so smooth when you get it, although 5 mins into riding it a screw came loose and fell making me fall so check to see if the screws are nice and tight. also try losening the trucks they come to tight for me but i guess that personal preference

Greater than one weekThe truck is great. Bearings are good for beginner cause the board wont roll super fast on a moderate slope. The turning joints needs more lubrication. Hand grip came off on arrival. Came off more after two days riding. Saw some reviews complaining about the grip and that was like 2 years ago. Turns out the quality did improve at all.

> 3 dayhavent touched a board in thirty years therefore i relied on the reviews and i am NOT disappointed, i love this thing. took it out the first day i got it a properly strained my achilles tendon because i just couldnt stop as i was having so much fun on it. took bout half hour to adjust the trucks(you want the on the loose side for beginners and old people(like me @49) returning to the sport. it cruises very nicely and i like the drop down deck as it feels more stable to me than the conventional design. the only thing that is different from the picture you see is the green color on the bottom of the board, it is nit the bright green you see, but a dark sage green, which is fine, still a very pretty board. the weeks are on the softer side and absorbed small rocks easily. carry a 9/16 wrench with you on your first ride to adjust the trucks to your riding style and experience. i am now training my 90kg Boerboel to pull me around UPDATE: WTF! bought this thing for 120 dollars now you are selling it for 79 dollars, WTF?!!!!!!! now i hate this thing

> 3 daylook, i’m gonna be honest. it’s not worth the money. you should save up for a more expensive board. The wheels are AWFUL i put some “old boys” into these stock wheels, and they spun for about 15 seconds. these “old boys” are ceramic bearings costing about 49-50$. Just buy new wheels, new trucks, and you will have a better board, but it’s not worth the time. my sister still isn’t happy with her board, with some bones reds in them, it’s really a waste of money, i would range 125-150-250 for a really good board. i have a santa cruz and i got it for 200 dollars, it’s AMAZING!
