My toddler loves these egg shakers, and not just for making music. She has found so many things to do with them: sorting and storing them, identifying their colors, rolling them down her slide, carting them around in other toys like trucks and wagons ... the list goes on. Im so glad we bought 18 - way more fun than just a few. And plenty to share with friends.

My OT for my 8 month old recommended these and they have been great! So easy to hold and shake and so far very durable. It came with so many we had extras to share with friends!

This works well for my elementary general music class. My students love them. Good weight, nice timbre, and filled with a decent amount of beads to make a nice sound.

They were given out at a Christmas event and they were perfect for little kids

These get thrown around and banged up and work excellent! Definitely prone to getting scratches but I don’t care and neither do the kids. Great price and will order again.

A few days ago at my 10 month olds checkup they did the state mandated blood lead poisoning screening. I was shocked when it came back positive. I racked my brain as to how she could have been exposed to lead. When I came home I found these little metal balls in her play area. One of the shaker eggs I put in her Easter basket broke open and she must have ingested them. I used a magnet to make sure they were metal and not just gray plastic. DO NOT BUY THESE FOR CHILDREN.

Sturdy enough for toddlers but so so loud
