I have several Autel products and continue to buy more. I work for a large masonry company, one of the largest in my state, and I am in charge of service and repairs of a fleet of 54 trucks and 45 forklifts as well as several other pieces of equipment including several commercial vehicles. I bought Autel MaxiBAS BT608 to replace my Snap-On MicroVat Battery tester. I couldnt be more satisfied. Autel has not let me down! They continue to offer high quality tools that never let me down. Nicely engineered tool that leaves nothing to chance when evaluating your charging system. The screen prompts are easy to follow. You can even expand functionality by adding the optional amp clamp and multimeter. The amp clamp allows you to do a ‘compression test’ which assesses overall engine health. You can use the multimeter to determine parasitic draw-nice. Test results are stored and filed and can be printed. Bring this system with you when buying a used car or truck as it has an OBD function to assess other vehicle parameters.

Needed a Battery / charging system tester. Have had great luck with Autel so far so I gave this a try. It works better than I thought. Screen is easy to read and doubles as a handy scanner with live data. My only negative is it should have an AMP clamp .
