I’m loving this! Just got it today & it works wonderful! Small & compact, but packs a punch! Makes the muscles construct fully when you put it on certain settings & the strength is amazing! I’m using it right now & so happy with this purchase so far! I got this to replace my Healthmate Forever one, which doesn’t have any options for replacement leads. This one does & it’s even got a USB port to recharge it, so no more buying batteries! Very easy to use, many settings to choose from & provides great pain relief! Highly recommend this one. Reasonable price & it comes with differing electrode pads! I was able to extend the use of my pads on my other one by using my jelly in the pads that helped them adhere to my body after the sticky had worn off. Hoping these will do the same. Don’t see any reason why they wouldn’t. BUT, if not, you can buy compatible pads and leads for this unit. I’ve got some for my old tens & they work! A+++++ Got me literally teary-eyed because the pain is so much less!!! If I have any issues with recharging or battery life, I’ll update later. So far, I’ve ran it for 1.5 hrs (30 min intervals) and the strength is still as great as when I took it out of the box. Only thing, wish it came with a hard case. No regrets with this! Loving it!!!

I replaced a unit purchased about 30 years ago (still works) with this one. Comes charged with a good selection of pad sizes. Holds charge in use over 10 hours and charges quickly. Universal pad connectors - not all on the market are universal. Received next day - shipped via Amazon Prime.

I used when I had an inflammation flare up. it did help- Go to youtube to find out the best ways to use this. Otherwise, plug and play. I would recommend. i purchased several months ago. Wanted to use before I place a comment.

It is easy to use, small (easily fits in a shirt pocket) and light weight. Lasts for over 3 days of multiple uses each day before needing recharge. Only drawback is the displays of the different modes are very difficult to interpret and the manual offers no help.

I picked it up from my mailbox yesterday and used it last night. Im having carpal tunnel pain and really needed some relief. I read through the little instruction book...(little meaning small, not lacking instruction) and proceeded to actually using it. This is not my first tens unit, so I am aware of the basic workings. The controller itself is small! I was surprised because my other units were twice as large. This will truly fit in your pocket and its rechargeable! I was expecting another battery unit. Nice surprise. I did not give a rating for pain relief as Ive only used it once. The big test will be if it can give me relief from the femoral nerve in my thigh. So far though, Im very pleased with my purchase. Definitely recommend this product. Oh and the best part is the price... the silver color was on sale.

These devices are non-invasive and works by sending electrical pulses through the skin to stimulate nerve pathways that can reduce or stop pain. They offer a variety of pressure and stimulation modes, and the electrode pads can be placed on various parts of the body where pain and muscle relief may be necessary, including ones legs, back, shoulders, arms, muscles, and joints. Some concerns that users should be aware of before purchasing TENS units include the possibility of experiencing allergic reactions to the electrode pads, uncomfortable sensations after using the device due to the electrical stimulation, and interference with implanted devices like pacemakers and defibrillators. I deal with and experience chronic pain myself on a daily basis (which can worsen due to constant weather changes, cold weather, rain, etc.), and find that adding the use of a TENS unit along with physical activity, such as stretching and walking, helps to improve and relieve any pain I may be experiencing depending on how intense the pain could be and where it is located. The adhesion of the pads could adhere better, but I found that cleaning the area with alcohol pads prior to sticking them on your skin helps. The modes could also use some form of description along with the icons to explain what each mode does, but the manual has info on what modes work best on different parts of the body (such as mode 5 and 7 working best on knees where I experience chronic pain the most).

I was a bit skeptical at first, but this little unit works wonders on my muscle aches. My neck and shoulder areas are always really tight. I use this about 1-2X a week and it provides relief for a few days (or longer). the current is strong enough at a low setting (i used between 1-4 bars, depending on which mode its set at). The adhesion pads stick well. Would be nice if more pads were included. Overall, really pleasantly surprised at how effective it is.
