I received today 2 bottles of Affirm Normalizing Shampoo which I ordered recently. . One bottle had the seal intact, while the other didnt have one at all. I compared both shampoos, and noticed that the one without the seal had a lot of bubbles and was watery and thinner than the one that came with the seal. It is obvious that its contents was tampered with. I definitely cannot use the unsealed shampoo, since I have no idea of what it was mixed with.

This product has a pleasant smell and is easy to use in that there is a colour change to indicate whether you need to shampoo again or the hair has reached the required pH.

When dealing with relaxers, you really need the neutralizing shampoo to work. This does and it works well.
