Affirm was the first relaxer I ever got at age seven. My hair was gorgeous then and I want to return it to that state. This normalizing/ Neutralizing shampoo is awesome. It does not dry the hair out. It instead neutralizes pH and makes the hair feel like silk!

Did not strip my hair. I neutralized 3 times after washing out the Positive Link conditioner and found that my hair remained silky and smooth. The only thing is that I hardly saw any pink lather so m not sure if the color indicator wasnt working or just that most of the relaxer was already out my hair. Anyways, in conjunction with the rest of Affirm products the normalizing shampoo gave me the desired result. Full bouncy hair that moves!!

Worked on my hair, by being biracial it is very hard to find a product that works, this line of product is not too harsh on my hair and worked great.

What a lifesaver! It contains a color indicator that let me know when all of the relaxer was rinsed out. Also, it removed the barrier product applied to the scalp with ease. Hair was soft and moist without the brittle feel I previously experienced after relaxing my hair

I decided to open this item before having to use it, as I had a weird feeling, and thankfully I did. The seal has been broken, and the item was already opened. There is shampoo residue on the rim, which suggests the shampoo has been poured out or back in. The Affirm sustenance conditioner had the seal intact and didnt have this mess on the side of the rim, so I know this isnt normal. This isnt acceptable. I cant comment on its effectiveness, as I never used it and I will be returning this.

I love this conditioner. No matter what condition my hair is in, it leaves it really soft and moisturized.One stylist used to use this immediately after a relaxer, but another uses it to deep condition my hair weekly as well. it has transformed my hair.
