Tina L,
> 3 dayI got a kitten a few months ago who loved playing with cords. Several times, Id go into the living room and find a lamp with the cord fully or partially unplugged because shed been playing with it. I started leaving everything with a cord unplugged unless I was using it, to prevent a fire or her electrocuting herself. Meanwhile, I started looking for ways to protect my curious kitten and my home. This was one of the things I found. While not as convenient as Id like, it does do the job very well. My kitten (now nearly grown) has given up the quest to unplug everything in the house because with these, it became impossible. Best insurance policy I ever purchased!

> 3 dayI bought these to install at my Grandmas house, as she has been pulling out the wall plugs, and then cant figure out why things arent working. These effectively cover up the entire outlet, seal in the plugs so she cant visibly see them, and keep her from getting into the outlets. Super easy install. Lots of space inside.

> 3 dayThese are easy to install and challenging enough to open that babies/toddlers won’t be able to. I even keep a snapshot of the instructions on my phone handy. Would be much better if it had rounded corners along the edges. Our 11 month old hit his head on the edge while checking it out. I was holding him but his head went forward and hit the side. I tried to put a sticky bumper on the edges but wasn’t really able to because of the cover latch. I kept these because they really do work.

Greater than one weeki have a very curious one to say the absolute least and he knows how to take out the clear plastic safety plugs. these give me so much peace of mind bc i know he won’t be able to figure it out for a long time. pricey when you think about all the outlets you have in your home that are accessible as soon as they begin crawling but it’s absolutely worth it and i probably would pay more.

> 3 dayKeeps the plugs in the socket, toddler can’t pull the cords out to chew on the ends, and he can’t fit his fingers through the bottom hole, I think this product has saved his life! We were using traditional outlet covers while he was a baby. But when he became mobile and curious, they were useless. Not only could he get those off but he would put the covers in his mouth. This truly locks in place and can’t be opened without a little force. As a full grown adult, I find it just a tad difficult to open. Which is fine but for my toddler, he can’t figure it out and that’s all that matters. He lost interest quickly and moved on
