Struggling to get base of car seat in car can’t seem to get it secure enough and when I have it in place the front where the babies head would go is very loose not sure if I’m doing it wrong or why also can’t get it to the recline pull thing when the car seat is in the base

Love this car seat and stroller set! Husband put this together while I was in hospital having baby! He said it went together quickly and easily. On our first trip home from the hospital, we couldn’t figure out why the car seat wouldn’t come out of the base. There was a piece of cardboard blocking the release handle, so make sure you remove all the packaging!

We purchased this set for our niece. While assembling the stroller, we found that the child tray was missing. I called and have to say that this was the absolute easiest customer service transaction ever in my entire life. I was told that the piece would be to her in 7 to 14 days and it arrived exactly one week to the day of our phone call. All I had to to was email them proof of purchase through Amazon and the rest is history.
