We purchased this set for our niece. While assembling the stroller, we found that the child tray was missing. I called and have to say that this was the absolute easiest customer service transaction ever in my entire life. I was told that the piece would be to her in 7 to 14 days and it arrived exactly one week to the day of our phone call. All I had to to was email them proof of purchase through Amazon and the rest is history.

The handle is hard to adjust, the canopy is easily torn off and taken apart by my 8 month old. The handle wobbles when locked into position, Its heavy and the decals are already coming off. Would not buy again.

Maneuvers easily. This is a great item. So cute!

To the bus and then walking again? This is the right one. Also, has a key holder and Starbucks holder so mom can get really spazzed out.

Bought this for my grand baby. It looks way better in person than in the picture. It is a really nice set for the price. It is very easy to wipe off any dirt, food etc. and the stroller Is easily folded for travel. Also the car seat is very simple to adjust and buckle. I would definitely recommend to a friend. For a newborn you will need to purchase a head guard to keep their neck stable while they sleep.

Our daughter was very happy when she got this as a gift. She said its very easy to use.

Seat belt is super super tight! Can not adjust the belt, its not safe for my little one, she cries when I buckle her, bc it hurts her!
