Happy it doesn’t have iron. I am so less constipated with this formula (TMI?). Post sleeve and this meets my daily nutritional needs.

These vitamins are 3 capsules per day. The size of the pills did not bother me. However they made me sick for almost 2 weeks before I realized the level of magnesium is much higher than the chewable BARIATRIC vitamins. I take all of my vitamins at one time, except spacing the calcium from the iron. Idk if I had taken them throughout the day if that would have made a difference. I only bought them for convenience. I will NEVER recommend these to anyone.

Great easy to use post bariatric surgery multivitamin. There are numerous options out there but this really seemed to fill the need without taking a variety of products. Highly recommended.

Good product not so small pill however, and in the picture I provided its the brownish pill compared to ez melts the pink.

if you are looking for something you can swallow and then go about your business for the rest of your day, this is the product. I recently had my blood work done and everything is where it should be. It is also a plus that these vitamins include iron.

These meet my needs as a DS patient.

I had to buy these as a last resort. I had the Bariatric surgery and needed the multi-vitamins. I tried every kind of chewable they make and ended up vomiting them up. Im really not sure why because I dont have a particularly sensitive system but I ralphed them up every time. My doctor recommended these and I love them. They are huge so if you cant swallow large pills these are not for you. But, if you need a vitamin w/o iron these are great!!!
