This black, reusable pad measures 30 x 36 x 1/8 thick. The bottom side is a shiny, waterproof material to prevent leaks. The topper material is an absorbent material (made of polyester fiber, but it reminds me of felt). I put this mat under my old riding lawn tractor which leaks oil onto the garage floor as it sits between uses. Its preventing further oil stains, but I dont know just how much oil the mat could hold (like during an oil change) as I havent tested that.

This is just what it says it is: a mat with a sort of tacky, oil-proof backing which keeps it from slipping. Just hose it off if you spill anything. It also works well in other areas of the garage/workshop where spills might be a problem.

I have an older car that I cant part with and this oil mat is great to catch what drips out so my floor does not get ruined. Plus it is so handy to use when hauling my gas can to fill up the lawnmower. If you are going to leave it on your floor you will have to tape it down. Great product and easy to use.

Paid $15 for the mat. I ordered it because I was looking for something that would be heavy duty/thick to use to line my tool chest. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed. The material is not thick at all --- you are better off using a generic kitchen liner which will be of better quality. Not even worth $5. Look elsewhere.

Great to use so any oil or fluid leaks don’t ruin the garage floor. It has a backing so fluids will not go through the absorbent felt.

It was easy to install under sink but I just got it so cannot say anything about its absorbency or durability yet,
