Battery Operated Clip on Mini Desk Fan, Black

Greater than one weekIf this were any smaller, youd blink and miss it - 7 tall, 5 1/2 wide. The clamp opens to 1 1/2, and has a very strong spring - it will stay wherever you put it. You can also set it on a table or desk without using the clamp, and the fan itself can be turned through 360 degrees to fit your needs. While its listed as a good fan for hooking on to a stroller, its good for other things as well - Ive got it hooked to the edge of the desk, aimed at the base of my laptop for those times when Im gaming and the computer heats up. Its also a good personal cooling fan... just aim it in the right direction, and you might not even need A/C. It will hook into *any* standard USB port - Ive connected it to my BluRay player on those nights when its gotten a little too humid, and it keeps me cool while watching movies. The battery holds a charge for a good long while (though I havent timed it), and it does have a charging light on it. The only real problem is that the fan is just a little slower, a little less powerful when its connected to something via USB - but if the battery is fully charged, disconnect the USB cable and it kicks up a notch. Its just a little big to fit in my computer bag, but it doesnt take up a lot of room otherwise, and its definitely a good value for the price.

> 3 dayI got this fan to use on a stroller since it gets quite hot in Texas. I didnt expect it to be much but boy i was surprised. Its very efficient, quiet and portable. I was worried how Ill attach it to the stroller or anywhere but the clip is easy to clip on and has a really good range so it can clip onto something as thin as the shade or as thick as the frame. Plus you can rotate it and adjust it basically 360*. I also used it in the car the other day as the baby was overheating (which im dreading the summer if hes already burning up during winter) and i clipped it into the little stick part of head support of the middle seat in the back and set it so it blew towards the car seat but not in his face and he stopped crying right away. Before he was screaming coz he was hot and no matter how high my AC was. Then I had him outside on the porch and just set it on the floor and adjusted it and again it worked wonderfully. So far Ive been using it for few weeks and am very happy with the purchase. Weve used it quite a bit and didnt need to recharge the battery so far.

Greater than one weekI assumed this would be small, lightweight, convenient and not very powerful. It checks all those boxes. I use it in my Jeep to blow on my face while working or cooking, either for cooling or to drive away mosquitoes. It does the trick. It stands up on its own, swivels well, and the clip is sturdy and can attach well to flat objects an inch thick (have not tried it on a round object, such as a pipe). The breeze it generates on high (youll probably always use it on high) is about what youd expect from a plastic fan whose blades are just 3-4 inches in diameter. But its easy to store and handy to move around and situate on a flat surface or clip to something. Holds a charge for at least 4 hours on high (have not tested beyond that, but the advertised life means Ill be recharging daily when in use, I suspect). Ill be testing it out camping and prolly might prefer something bigger and more powerful, but for the price, Im happy with it.

> 3 dayI bought this fan to have a little extra noise for sleeping. The noise level is good (not too high pitched for its size) and the fan power is good for its size. Its nice that it comes with a USB cord so you can have it plugged in at the house. I use it for camping as well and without an outlet it lasted for maybe 4 hours. Then it turns off and on throughout the night. The light indicating power seemed unnecessary; I know its on because the fan is on. Was going to take it apart and carefully remove the light from the circuit...instead stuck a paperclip in the hole and broke the light which worked fine.

> 3 dayThis is a great fan for the price. Love that there is a sliding switch to change the speed of the fan. The clamp clip is sturdy as well as the hanging clip a nice addition. Also being able to use the fan while it’s charging is a huge plus. Only flaw is the cord that came with it seems cheep and bends easily.

> 3 dayAt first I thought this was just a regular fan with a clip. I was wrong: this clip is so strong, so it won’t fall off when my baby tries to knock it it off, like he does everything (he might be part cat). Then I turned it on and on the high speed (usually what I’m using it on since we use it for outside, beach and park days) it blows such a strong air that my baby (and myself) can stay cool in HOT weather. Here’s the eco part, at first i was annoyed because i didn’t catch the details about the battery until I received it. On high speed it only last 4-5 hours and if I’m not near an outlet I can’t recharge it. Then I thought of all the batteries that get thrown in our landfills a year when they are not properly disposed of (and what really happens to the ones that are). So i bo Got 2 more rechargeable batters for $6 a piece and I not have 12 hours of high speed fan action and I’m no longer stuck with a drawer full of dead batteries and worryif about where they will end up! Definitely get this fan, look not more! Just buy a back up battery or two and you will be set of all day cooling!
