Worked well so far on some stainless I’ve been working with for a turbo manifold and exhaust system. I find them a little expensive for such a simple piece but can’t deny that they provide good gas coverage and I haven’t found a less expensive option that works as well.

Immediately took my welds from almost mediocre to something I can be proud of. The ceramic version is really durable and the distance you can protrude the tungsten beyond the cup and still have good gas shielding is mind blowing. I couldnt go back to the standard gas nozzles for sure!

Turn up your flow meter to 30 stick out your tungsten and let her RIP. Shielding gas coverage galore. Good price comes with two cups and one extra replacement screen. Highly recommend

Keeps things non turbulent and covered! I have never worn a gas lens out so....well worth the money!

what my hubby needed

This is perfect for freehand work because of the bigger airflow. Fits right over regular gas lens and allows for way more tungsten stick out. I probably would never use it for walking unless it was on a larger flange socket weld. I’ve dropped it a couple times and it’s yet to break. Once it does I’ll be ordering more immediately. 10/10.

Small for the cup size and fit into the smaller areas of the cars I build. Will never go back to the others I was using.

I have used these above the rated amperage several time and I am still going strong with the first one 3 years later
