Not Compatible with MacBook pros.. First, you need to call tech support to connect your computer with the printer so they can communicate with each other in order to print something. Then after that, you still have to go through all these time-consuming obstacles on the laptop just to print a label. not worth it

Label printer what just what I needed to streamline the sales process for my small business. So much easier to print and scan than to have to pricetage each item by hand.

I worked for hours trying to set this up using the network port and finally gave up and connected it to one of my PCs and told it to share the printer to the rest of the network. I wish this printer was easy to TURN OFF! So many times I sent a print job to it by mistake. You have to press the power button a dozen times to shut down.

Super easy to use! I bought this to print off Etsy shipping labels, and it took me a few minutes to figure it out, but tech support was fast and it was pretty intuitive after that. I’m thrilled with this piece! Slightly nervous because of the lack of reviews, but I’m so happy with this product!

I successfully set this printer up on a Windows PC using both USB and ethernet. While the prints were not comparable to the labels on packages received from Amazon, they got the job done. Two months after I tried setting the printer up on Linux using CUPS. I ran the install script and driver provided on their website. The prints produced had jagged unfilled lines. I also tried the generic Zebra ZPL driver which did not produce better prints. The firmware version out of the box was V10.03.05. They did have a V10.03.06 firmware provided on their website. I updated the firmware hoping this would resolve the issue. I was mistaken. After updating the firmware the prints on linux printed a half shaded block, no text or anything resembling the desired printing label. I contacted customer service via email, no response. They have live chat on their website, which is a live chat with a bot that links you to pages on their website. Clicking on chat with agent sends you on an endless loop to square one asking what your issue is.

Seems like a right decent printer so far. Only time will tell. I had no problem at all setting it up on a windows network. Download the driver from the website and launch the software. Launch the software and select the BCL 203. Click add TCP/IP port. Find out what the devices IP address is. Type in the address, both windows will populate with the IP address. Hit search. Windows will likely not find it, so add the generic port, punch through the prompts and youre good to go. Open up printers and scanners and send it a test page. Super painless.

    1. unbox package 2. go to the website listed on the booklet 3. download and install drivers 4. plug in your ethernet cable 5. use the paper roll they supply you with the printer 6. Print 7. I use this with UPS online, not setup needed it just knows the size of the label for UPS

To use with Ethernet, we had to install the drivers this way. This is for the BCL110(203dpi) thermal printer on Windows 10. We connected the USB and the Ethernet cable. Run the BCL series Printer Driver install. Then run the BCL Utility. Be sure to setup the TC/IP ports. Run Get info. Print test page. If not successful, add new port, etc. When test print is successful, then do next steps to work with UPS website. Install the latest version of Java. Install Google Chrome (will NOT work with Firefox). Go to UPS website and install thermal printer driver. Very poor info from BCLs website. Tech support was closed when we called, although they say 24 hour support. Once working, very good quality. Works with other programs for other label applications.

No product support from manufacturer. Tried multiple drivers and still couldnt get the labels to format correctly. Impossible to get tech support. Directions are not clear. I returned it.
