> 3 dayBear grips resistance band is unlike other bands I’ve used in the past. This material is thick, made very well, and it doesn’t roll around like the “rubber band” style bands. My bear grips band has non-slip grips on the inside to help keep the band secure and in place during workouts and you don’t have to worry about skin pinches! It’s also adorable!! My only complaint is I feel it could be a little larger, but I love it!

Greater than one weekThis band is beautiful and has me looking forward to using it. It is incredibly durable, offers great resistance, and doesn’t roll up! The inside of the band is woven designed to not slip and it doesn’t roll up at all! For some resistance band workouts it’s too wide to maneuver.

> 3 dayIve been doing Apple Fitness+ for about 18 months and started to find some of the lower body strength workouts to be not so challenging any more.. I decided to try these bands to up the difficulty. WHOA. They really make your quads and glutes work so much harder! I went crazy and put 3 on at once. (I have pretty strong quads, so I needed the extra challenge.) Try doing a bird dog move or squats in these. I promise, its a whole new ballgame with these bands! Quality-wise, theyre fantastic and strong.. but still big enough to fit my larger legs/hips. I like that theyre not made of silicone. Those kind of bands just slip up on me and get on my nerves. Lastly, I love that this is a company based in the USA. (theyre out of Boston). The prints they use are fun and unique. Ill continue to buy these, I love them!!

> 3 dayI adore Bear Grips, I now have a few of this brands items and I love them so much. They are attractive and work. There’s decent resistance and they are not gonna slip down on ya also really do not have to worry about working and pushing it a bit like with the rubber ones that may or may not break and god knows where it will hit ya. My bf is tempted to steal mine because he likes the resistance and i have to say your thighs and calves don’t fit this. Lol He likes it for simple arm stretching and all that when he works out a bit in the morning. We are building an at home gym and always nice to have versatile items like this.

Greater than one weekThis review is for Bear Grips Resistance Bands for Working Out. This is my first resistance band. Im really enjoying incorporating it into my workouts! The band is well made with rubber on the inside to hold to your clothes/skin and elastic that stretches well while maintaining resistance. Just to note: Im a fairly small person at 56 127 lbs. My legs are pretty thin. I do wish it were just a bit tighter on me to get better resistance when working out. This is strictly a problem for those with thin legs. If your legs arent chicken legs (lol) you should be fine. To be clear I can still use the band with no problems, just wish it were a little tighter.

> 3 dayThis is the best designed resistance band I have ever tried. It has the strongest resistance and is wide enough to workout several parts of my body/different exercises. I am blown away by the quality of the fabric and the stitched in layers inside for extra comfort. Worth the investment!

Greater than one weekThe band came in a fixed size, which did not provide the flexibility I was looking for in my workouts. It may work for some individuals, I prefer having the versatility to switch between different resistance levels or adjust the band to fit different body parts, but this was not possible with the Bear Grips Resistance Band. On a positive note, I must mention that the quality of the band itself was decent.

> 3 dayMy husband and I both like to do resistance training and have used the flimsy bands for leg work. Those are okay, but they roll easily and get stretched out easily. This band is very strong, with tight elastic that will take quite a while to over-stretch. The best part about this strap is that it doesnt roll when you are putting it on your legs - while that may seem a minor point, I work out to videos, so now I no longer have to pause the video just to get ready.

Greater than one weekFirst time using a band. I bought it so it could keep my legs sturdy when working out and doing at home workouts. I’m a beginner. I can say however any workout I’ve done at home without the band I can barely feel anything just because I feel like don’t have my balance stable. Today I used one of my bands and I can feel the workout pretty good!

> 3 dayThe thick fabric makes these incredibly durable; it doesnt roll up, snap, or move around when you use them. There is quite a bit of resistance to them, but that is exactly what I were looking for. However, the lack of size inclusivity is quite disappointing. I wasnt able to use them, so I had my daughter who is taller and more petite than I am (510 and 120 pounds) try them and they worked perfect for her. I could barely fit both my legs in them, let alone use them in a workout.
