> 3 dayI’m pretty picky about my bands and this one is pretty good. Super versatility for workouts at home or in the gym. It is bigger than the normal bands that I use and I usually use a heavy band to focus more on the targeted area. The design is cute but of course, the print stretches out as you use it.

> 3 dayI do yoga daily and I am always looking for extra accessories or tools to further my exercises. This was extremely sturdy and helpful for stretches and working certain poses. Very sturdy, and stores away very easily.

> 3 dayThis resistance band is not adjustable, it is the size it is. My band measures 15.5 across when laid flat, and it is too large for me. The quality is really nice, so Im bummed. The product page didnt show the size of this band or what kind of resistance it provides, which would be good information to include. I give it high marks for quality though.

> 3 dayIm immunocompromised so leaving the house for the gym is still a no-go. I have a lot of resistance bands Ive gathered in the past couple of years and this one by far feels the most durable. Its on the firm side for a resistance band, but the design is such it doesnt roll, slip, or cause any drama. Its a bit much for me still at this point, but working out with it is still lovely. More than anything I dont want to use my old flappy bands anymore. I feel like for the price, you really get a versatile portable option that doesnt feel weird/unsanitary to carry in your purse. I love the price for the quality. There is a fun selection of patterns, most of which arent my favorite, but it does seem like theres something for everyone within this range.

> 3 dayThis band is great and doesn’t slip. The material is thick and I hope it will last for years to come. I do wish it came with different resistance levels so that so can choose. I recommend this company makes a 2 or 3 pack for the customers.

> 3 dayThese bands sure beat the cheap plastic bands Id get from my physical therapist. They are pretty thick, non-slip and heavy for my for resistance. Whish they had different bands to choose from for different resistance. Sometimes, these are too much for what I need.

> 3 dayPerfect for squats and leg exercises. The band is well made and the fabric is quite thick. I loved that it didn’t move once I put it on my legs. Definitely upped my workouts to the next level. Cute print as well.

18-11-2024Im kinda impressed by this Bear Grips resistance band. Its softer and wider than most resistance bands Ive seen, which makes for a much more comfortable fit (especially across thighs into whose currently flabby flesh a narrower band might sink rather uncomfortably) while still being quite firm and resilient no matter how widely I stretch it out. And the resistance is quite strong and clear; my out-of-shape legs felt like theyd had a decent workout after flexing this thing for ten minutes or so. (And, of course, it can be similarly used across the ankles, forearms, whatever.) This may make for an ideal sort of fidget-toy while sitting at a desk or watching TV, while also being tough enough to use in a real workout. And the boldly colorful red-and-black snakeskin pattern looks just like the pictures here and really stands out, for anyone for whom that matters. :-)

> 3 dayI love this resistance band. It has a nice stretch but still gives resistance for more meaningful work outs. It stays in place perfectly and doesnt come undone. The blue tie dye look is an added plus.
