I had a stroke recently, and I have found that some of my rehab exercises work better if I have my knees close together. The Bear Grips band does exactly what I need. When I am strong enough to do other exercises that require a band, Ill be set. There is grippy rubber on the inside of the band to keep it in place, and the band itself is built to last forever. I am impressed.

This is a very nice product. The fabric itself and the quality of the fabric is very good. Its extremely sturdy and well made. It is a pretty heavy duty band and definitely on the heavier side for working out. It would have been nice if this came with a little bag to keep it in and maybe a booklet with potential exercises to use with it. That would have been a nice accompaniment to this product.

I have had to do some recovery exercises after damage from a local tower upgrade has caused some pretty bad problems. Although for work out people these bands might not be an issues, for someone trying to slowly build up the muscles again, bands can be frustrating. HOW THIS COMES This comes in a plastic sheath. It will be somewhat protected from packages left in the rain. INSIDE The band has really nice grip inside. FIT I wear a size 14-16 misses US and this fits around my thighs without a problem. GIVE This band despite how tight it looks has a good give to it. That means I can do my exercises gently without strain or frustration. DESIGN The peacock design is just what is shown in the listing for this product. I LOVE IT. THE BOTTOM LINE This is an excellent quality band. It fits well, has a good amount of resistance, and is really cool looking too. MY RATING FIVE STARS. This is my second band from this company (I like to rotate designs because that is what some artistic people do) and they are both top notch and the best I have used to date.

First of all, this booty band is ADORABLE. Secondly, I find that it is well-made and heavy duty. I am a bigger-bodied person and its doing the job for me. I have been using it at home but occasionally at the gym as well. Its a nice weapon to keep in the arsenal for working the hips and butt especially. I am not much of an athlete, but am trying to get into shape so I find it useful to slip on and do a few movements whenever I get a spare minute or two. I would recommend this band to friends. I am at my desk for hours at a time on Zoom calls - and always want a way to work out while Im just sitting here. This band is great for leg-strengthening exercises that I can do while Im sitting down listening to other people talk. Its very well made and grips well so it stays in place and doesnt slide around while Im using it. Plus - the peacock feather pattern makes it very pretty! Ive used it standing and sitting and found the resistance strength to be very good and the band to be very well-made and stable.

I love this brand! Everything that Ive gotten is such great quality. These are very thick and durable. They stay put and work very well. Im admittedly quite frugal, but think theyre priced great and give you a great amount of resistance! I love adding these to our workouts for improved results. The print is super fun. I highly recommend this one!

Smooth fabric hand feel and great patterns. Non slip inside which prevent it from moving. 32” long around. Durable and high quality as advised. Great tool additional for workout. Downside is it’s not adjustable and the limited stretchiness.

Its cute and thick. Its got good resistance (especially for me, a more casual user) but its soft and its got a little strip of rubber inside to help it not slide around. I recommend!

Cute design workout band. Not too tight. Perfect pull.

Initial impressions: I like the peach pattern, and the bear logo is cute too. Resistance feels comparable to the medium resistance Lululemon band. There are grippy strips on the inside to help the band stay in place, which is an improvement over the lll band. Measures a smidge over 15 across when laid flat and almost 3.25 wide. Will update review again after prolonged use.
