BELL Spider-Man Shooting and Swinging Toddler Bike Helmet, (3-5 yrs.)

Look, I’ll be the first to admit it...my son’s head is on the larger side. Not like, “holy smokes did you see the gigantic head on that kid?!” But more like, “Son, bring your shirt here so I can stretch it so you can fit it over that big smart brain.” So when I saw this awesome Spider-Man helmet that claimed to fit 3-5 year olds, I thought my newly turned 3 year old with the larger than average noggin would be able to wear it. After all, his head isn’t the size of a five year old...right?? So imagine my surprise when on Christmas morning my daughter puts her fancy unicorn helmet over her small delicate head while my son hurries to put his very own Spider-Man helmet on. When I looked over at my son and the helmet was resting on the crown of his head as his hands awkwardly balanced it in place. I thought surely there was still packaging inside, or I needed to adjust it, or...something! After all adjustments were made and the lone piece of tissue paper removed this thing was nowhere near being able to fit on my son’s head. This thing is tiny! I think it may fit an average size two year old, and that’s being generous. So while my daughter rode her scooter Christmas morning with the protection of her new helmet, my son rode around helmet-less and looking neglected with his big brain exposed to the elements.

We couldnt find the right helmet in the stores but this one fit the bill perfectly for my sons adventurous side but youthfulness. Most of the mohawk style in store were for older kids so this was a great find.

It’s a great helmet but I had to return it cause it was too small for my 3 year old . If he was a bit younger I bet it would be perfect for him !

Helmet feels good but blue cover on top pealed in the sun.

My son loves his helmet. We got it to go with his Spider-Man bike for his birthday. He has a good amount of hair and he has not complained like he did with other helmets. It has held up so far but he has only worn it a few times. But it seems like it will last him. Would recommend dthis to anyone that has a child that loves Spider-Man.

Want to return it but my son dropped it on the floor and there is a screech on it. So I will just keep it. My son is 5 years old, the helmet is too big for him and he refuse to wear it. He said it is not comfortable while wearing it. Not sure if it’s because of the size or something else. But the spider man looks very cool.

This helmet was way too small for my mid-sized 4 yr old. Couldnt even get it on. But the Spidey design is great.

We bought this for our grandson. We wanted to make sure his head was protected while learning to ride a bike. The cushion inside was thick, but light weight, so not to weigh his head down. It fit snug, but not too tight, which would have made him take it off. The value of protecting his head is priceless, which made the price of this item a winner. I highly recommend it.
