Suitcase was nice, but who used it before me? Came taped in blue masking tape without any tags or packaging. Also small scratch. When I called Amazon, they told me a manager would call me back, that didn’t happen.

Bought this for my daughter as she was moving and will be flying back home from time to time. It’s very pretty, durable, and will not have to be checked when she flies. Plus it was on sale.

I bought a 25 inch of this suitcase before and I like it. I didn’t have any problems until I bought the 21 inch carry on. The quality is very questionable. There were gold and black threads sticking out where the stitching is by the zippers, and it was all around the suitcase. The zipper for the little pocket inside the suitcase was also defective. When I pulled up the handle and moved the suitcase around, it didn’t feel great to maneuver. Getting a replacement but if the replacement is the same, I’m just never going to buy from American Tourister again.

I ordered the 28 and got the 24 which I already had and I needed the bigger one for a trip. Love the luggage but upset it was the wrong size

The suitcase design where each side holds equal is not good. Hard to get items out due to the top opening falling over

I love the color and how sturdy it is

This suitcase is really nice-looking and feels super sturdy.

We bought two for carry on luggage. Have taken two trips and it has held up well.
