BelugaDesign Glitter Clear Switch Case | Shell Compatible with Nintendo Switch Standard | Dockable Crystal Protective Cover (White Clear)

For the holidays I got my very own Animal Crossing themed Switch, and I knew the second I got it I wasnt going to make the same mistakes I made with my first Switch--leaving it without a screen protector or console shell. I wanted to keep it in the best possible condition since I want to keep this as a collectors piece while still being able to use it and this case was the cutest option that still showed off the beautiful character of this Switch!! This case is insanely well priced, shipped super quick, and getting it onto my Switch was a breeze. The joycon covers are a comfortable gummy texture while the console shell is a harder plastic that feels safer and sturdier. Immediately I felt so much more comfortable handling my switch in handheld mode, all thanks to this case!! I made sure that all the accessories fit, which they do, though I havent tried the controller accessory for the joycons because I dont tend to use that item. The joycons are slightly bulkier now (which I prefer) and may not work in the controller accessory, but hey, thats where cute pro-controllers come in handy. The best part is that it actually fits more snuggly into the dock which also feels safer to me (just be sure you have a screen protector so your Switch screen doesnt get scuffed up) I plan on matching this console with a set of ACNH joycon buttoncaps and padcaps as well so by then the entire Switch should be protected, and I highly recommend that as well for the longevity or resale value of your console in the future. Regardless, I plan on buying a second one for my first Switch simply because of how great this one feels and how high quality it is. The one caveat is that the cut outs on the joycon covers dont entirely match up but its barely even noticeable, like the only reason I was aware of it was because another reviewer pointed it out. But all the buttons still fit in perfectly, its more-so things like the screen capture button.

Only case to fit over my skin. Feels great in hands! Took a point off bc with skin it doesn’t dock. AT ALL . Not sure if it will without skin.

This case is so beautiful and even though it is clear it has sparkles that make it look very cute. So far so good and it hasn’t gotten dirty.

i love sparkles, and i love tht it is very sturdy, it is a bit hard to hold, but nothing uncomfortable. just is a bit big for my tiny hands lol

Very happy with this case! It is crystal clear, so I can still see my transparent joycons, and the glitter is uniform across the whole case. All the cutouts line up perfectly and there are recesses in the back of the case that allow the console to still dock, which was very important to me when looking for a case to purchase. The only issue I found is that the joycons are a little trickier to remove, but not impossible (I just have to use both hands).

Was really stoked to get this in to protect my Sticky Bunny covered Switch. Things didnt come out quite as I hoped but there are some positives. THE CONS: Ive modified my Switch tablet to have a transparent back as my original backing cracked. I know I didnt get one of the back screws as tight as possible, and as stated before Ive got a Sticky Bunny skin on the tablet and joycons, and between those things the case will not sit flush on the bottom of the tablet (pictured). I tried it on our vanilla OLED model and it fits more snug. However, with both Switches having tempered glass screens and the not perfect fit of the shell, neither Switch will dock/connect/charge in neither the original black or OLED docks. They DO dock/connect/charge in more open face docks like the Skull & Co one. Theres also a plastic piece that sits over the power button that is inflexible (pictured), making turning it on/off this way while docked impossible. Looks like it could be easily snapped off though. THE PROS: The case does look nice and is packaged well, it arrived in perfect condition. I like the joycon shells a lot, as I was having issues with mine getting scuffed up while playing Ring Fit. The joycon shells are a more flexible material but still feel protective and arent a bad texture to hold at length. All the pieces feel really solid and protective and work well together. Assembly was super easy and took a minute tops for all 3 pieces. Im keeping the set mostly because I like the joycon shells so much. At the very least the tablet shell will be good for traveling even if it doesnt fit 100% flush.
