I am rarely satisfied with my purchase but this time I am extremely glad I chose Bengoo headphones. I game a lot (check out my setup). I am a serious gamer and I need serious headphones. These headphones deliver crisp sound. I play lots of RPGs and I needed to hear all the footsteps and small details. These headphones are amazing! They cancel outside noise and produce amazing sound quality. The microphone is great as well. While I game, I could clearly communicate with my teammates. My voice sounds clear and crisp. This was an amazing purchase and I still cannot believe its only $20. Similar products could go up to $60-70 at Best Buy. These headphones is a must buy. On top of that, with red lights, they look cool and blend with my gaming setup. Best gaming headphones out there!

This is the third pair of Bengoo headsets that I have purchased. I use them for my home office. I was so impressed with the first set that I use for my office that I purchased another for my wife’s office. Due to the Covid-19 restrictions we are both working at home. My work had provided me headphones and a mic that only covered one ear and it was very hard to wear for long periods of time and would even give me a headache on long meeting days. These are very comfortable for long meetings and have noise reduction so that the ambient noise of my house doesn’t bother me. I now purchased this new headset for my son and his gaming and music entertainment so he wouldn’t have to steal my office phones. He says they are a very good gaming headset and that the microphone is good and when he plays on-line his friends can hear him very well. He can plug in the USB and they light up which makes him look very cool. Note that the USB light is not in any way required except for esthetics and are not required for general use. He also said that they are great for listening to music and have great sound. I would highly recommend these headphones. I have been using the G9900 for 7 months and love them and now they have this new and improved model. I have been recommending them to my co-workers and now I recommend them to you. You will love this headset. They are very well built and come at a very reasonable price. Enjoy!

Connects to my switch and ps4, there are no sounds issues, and above all it is comfortable to play for long gaming sessions. It is a must buy for any real gamer.

These are pretty good headphones. My second pair I have ordered from this company and I really enjoy their products. They don’t hurt the ears and I have good sound.

They should have mentioned it doesnt work with satellite internet. They look nice but junk

The headphones are comfortable because of the cushion around headset. The microphone is maneuverable which makes it very nice. Thats a good thing because I wont break it and if it gets annoying I can just bend it away from my face. The controls are easy to use. Sound is smooth. Barely any outside sound comes through. I would recommend them.

I love this product and all their other products they are great for using when you have multiple consoles and no one can beat heir price.

First, the construction at first felt somewhat flimsy compared to other headsets Ive had, but I realized after wearing them for an hour, that the flexibility actually made them more comfortable. The sound quality is good, and I like that it uses 3.5mm jacks instead of USB (the USB jack only controls the lights.) Which, for gaming, means there is no audio delay. The speaker surrounds are well padded and comfortable. The microphone is flexible, and had no complaints from other players, though I cannot verify its exact clarity myself. Lastly, the braided cable is on par with more expensive peripherals Ive used. For the price, its a great headset.

Good solid product so far. Pro’s: Feels sturdy and well made Pretty comfortable on the ears and easy to adjust Cons: Wished the wires would’ve been color coded as most usually are but simple enough to understand Other than a small con it’s just a good solid product nothing flashy or special.

I have 2 Bengoo headsets already and this is my 3rd purchase. I like the different designs and I use the headsets often for virtual meetings, video calls, videos & music. Overall the headset performs well, above expectation & have satisfactory volume control & noise cancellation. This G9900, unlike most headset, control button that are on the wires/cable, has the mute/unmute dial and the volume control button on the left of the headset itself which I like it very much and find it very practical. It makes it so much easier to turn/operate the dial just by reaching behind the headset. No dangling controls! Very nice quality for the price, very well made and very comfortable with adjustable fit. I havent use it on gaming system yet but one of these days Ill try and maybe I will revisit to update my review. Just a thought! I think it would be nice if this comes with a matching headset stand, it will keep the headset tidy in his place while not in use.
