Bought this for a trip to Spain. Very comfortable, tons of room, soft and expandable easily fit anything I could have fit in my normal carry on suitcase. Great buy

Got this backpack for my wife and she really likes it! It has a ton of different pockets/compartments and is very versatile. The straps can fold into the backpack to then be carried by the 2 different handles on the sides. It has a chest strap and lots of padding. The rectangle shape is a great size for carrying a laptop. Has a zipper to expand the size for more storage. Would be great for shorter hikes as well as a carry-on bag for flying or as a diaper bag for baby stuff.

Fits Frontier Personal Item but the straps gave me rashes. They are made of styrofoam with cheese grader polyester. I don’t have sensitive skin and this happened to me!

Took this pack on a trip recently to NYC. Had to fly Spirit and didnt want to pay $50+ for a checked bag or carry on, so I took this as a personal item. I fit all of this into it: iPad + Keyboard Case 10000mah battery + cables Walking shoes Jeans 2 dress shirts 2 t shirts Workout shorts socks/underwear for 3 days Used the included clear bags to put my toiletries into And it still fit nicely under the seat!

Ive used this bag for one weekend trip so far, and it seems very durable. It fits snugly but completely into the Frontier personal item sizer (assuming you dont open the zipper to expand it, and you keep the buckles on the sides pulled pretty tight). Its a comfortable backpack and the handles on the side and the top are a nice feature.

This is nice and large pack for traveling or just as a laptop bag. The zippers are nice and smooth with no snags or anything when pulling. The two added small bags are ok, dont feel the best quality but I figure they are not going to be missed if left someone on accident with toiletries. The straps are lightly padded but good enough to shoulder for decently long periods of time. The bag material is good too, thick and strong enough for packing clothes and shoes in it.

All of the other reviews were accurate. So many zippers, the name of this backpack could be called ZipperCity! That said, they all provide solid uses, either opening to various storage compartments, or providing a way to tuck the straps into the backpack. I have a tank of a 17 laptop. When closed, it measures: 16.5 long, 10.5 wide and 2.5 thick. Its a beast. It fits *perfectly* in the laptop compartment with the zipper closing easily and naturally around it. This bag can accommodate so many more things, each having a neat place to store it, so that everything isnt jumbled together in one open area. Not that its necessary, or provides too much extra value, but one of the compartments has a clear plastic zippered bag to separate out whatever you like (cables, batteries, etc.) that you can see and remove as a pack. At this price, it strikes me as excellent value. P.S. when I opened the box, I thought something was wrong, as the backpack was *way* too small to accommodate any laptop, let alone a 17 one. It turns out that when empty, the bag can easily fold in half and be held in that position nicely by wrapping the straps around it. :-)

I went on a 6 day cruise and fit everything into this bag! We flew Frontier Airlines and this was my FREE personal item. They checked it before letting me board and it fit into their box. This bag has so many pockets that I had a hard time locating everything I had packed. We walked a lot before boarding the ship and I wore this bag as a backpack, it was heavy because I had it so full but it still comfortable. Very durable, and also cute and stylish. I love it!
