I bought two of these karts for my boys for Christmas. My boys are 6 and 3 (soon to be 4). They are strong kids, large for their age and are very use to utilizing their two wheel bikes, tricycles and such on a weekly basis. When we got these karts, we were excited to be able to have the boys use these items on all types of terrain. We didnt spend time reading the reviews on the product and we just ordered it so they would be here for the Holidays. Overall, the product seems to be made quite sturdy, solid and of good construction. They were quite easy to assemble and the items were well packaged. However, the karts are very heavy and they are extremely difficult to pedal. My boys would sit on the karts and we would have to push start them to get them going. They would have to continuously pedal or else the kart would come to an immediate holt and they would not be able to start up again on their own without assistance. The karts dont maintain momentum, they are difficult to get going and they are also tough to steer. Overall, i would not recommend these karts for children under 8, however, there isnt much space between the pedals and steering wheel, so you cant have long legs to pedal or you will end up hitting your knees on the steering wheel. Not a good purchase. Also, our vendor was a true disappointment, and led me to have to trust in Amazon to get my refund back.

I know its not a cheap toy for a toddler, but its really worth it. The mechanism for them to pedal forward and backward is incredible; the car is on the heavy side BUT they just need a little push (even by themselves) and once they gain inertia, the pedaling is easier. My daughter really ENJOYS going out in her car; it took her two rides to learn the mechanics of the pedal. Its super sturdy and super easy to assemble (although you need some space to do it). The design of the steering wheel and suspension is smart and allows them to do turns wherever they want and to go into bumps without hesitation. Ill be a BERG customer for life!

This product is very well built. But my 5yr grandson hard a difficult time trying to pedal. He didnt want to ride it anymore.

Love this thing, my son rides/drives is all the time, excellent product. Only reason Im not giving 5 stars is because the brake is only activated on one wheel, so it doesnt stop as quickly as Id like. If you gradually/gently apply the brakes it comes to a controlled stop, and if you apply them firmly then the one wheel locks and the other three keep turning and it skids. Still love this thing and would recommend it, just be aware that it doesnt stop quite as quickly as a kid on a bike does.

Purchased this for my 8 year old daughter for Christmas. The seat is adjustable which will allow a few years of use. Exceptionally easy to put together, all necessary tools are included and the instructions are pretty clear. 99% of the time I put things together wrong so if I can do it then so can you! Its lightweight which makes it speedy. Rides great in grass and dirt, brakes are sufficient, and steering is very responsive. My daughter loves it and so do all of the neighborhood kids. My only feedback for the seller is to maybe package it in an additional box. It was left on my doorstep and the box displays a giant picture of the gokart which seems like advertising for porch pirates. Fortunately it was delivered while my kids werent home otherwise the surprise would have been blown.

We really liked this blue pedal car but had to return it for the next larger size. Grandson is seven years old, sixty pounds and four foot tall. His legs were just a little too long even though seat was at the furthest back setting. The car had a 110 pound weight rating and I thought we would be good but didn’t work out that way. However, Orange Rally is a perfect fit and should give room to grow. The return process worked well but keep your inner and outer shipping boxes until your sure a return is not needed.

These carts are great. My sons love riding them around the neighborhood. The only issues is that my 3 year old is still trying to figure out the pedal and breaking system. MY 4 year old has it down. All the other kids are so jealous of them. Although, we will have to get regular bikes this summer so they know how to do that, these are great. Only thing is to make sure you get the safety flags. These carts are really low to the ground and the flags help cars see them when they are riding around on the sidewalks.
