> 24 hourAV gear seems to have a lot of plugs. I had 3 power strips hooked up to feed it all. This one outlet does it all now and I can hit the switch and its all off the grid. No on going power drain running 24/7. I learned about how much power some items draw last year. I had old 60 Sony TV and a Dish Network receiver that I got rid of. The Dish receiver and the old Sony were putting about $15.00 a month on my bill just sitting there sipping away the power waiting to be used. They are gone but I learned to cut things off when not in use. This power strip does that for me now.
