Bought for my 3 year old this helmet has room to grow for my son, depending on the size of your childs head I would go to your local Walmart or target and try on a helmet before ordering online then you get a better idea of your childs head shape and size. *Size is true to Fit with a little room to grow, *Shape makes a great fit around my sons head and padding inside makes it comfortable, *Texture of the outside is matte so you can add vinyl or stickers and you wont have to worry about them coming off. Over all my 3 year old loves this helmet.

Bought for my step daughter and she loved it. Easy to adjust straps and back tension knob. Buckle snaps on and off easily for her. Would buy again but I wish it came with extra inner padding that could attach to existing padding to help in some spots that could help while adjusting. My nephew has an identical helmet but he the extra pads
