> 3 dayI have been using this vacuum for a month. I needed something lightweight that worked well on hardwood floors. I have a dog that sheds and this vacuum has worked very well for me. * Lightweight. I have arthritis in my hands. This vacuum is easy for me to maneuver.. * Easy to put together. I had this opened and put together in under 10 minutes. * Easily converts from a handheld vacuum to a full size. * No Cord to limit where it can reach. * I put the vacuum on charge after each use. It sits upright and takes up little space. * After opening, charge overnight before using. # Can make a mess when emptying. There is a learning curve. #. It’s better to empty after each use, especially if you have a long haired pet. March 2023 Updated review I can still recommend this vacuum I use it daily. It works very well on hardwood floors I still empty after each use. It is easy to change into a hand held vacuum. It holds a charge well I would buy again t.

> 3 dayGot this to replace same I bought years ago, brush stopped working. It is light weight, easy to use, powerful pickup & battery charge is good for my main floor/ 6 small rooms. Last one Bed Bath & Beyond (rip?) replaced the whole thing when something broke. I got the extra warranty on this because small things do break on it with wear. Is my go-to for daily cleanups. I think Bissell should put me on commission as I have either bought this for people as gifts (!) or recommended so they got one.

> 3 dayThis vacuum works well for what it is but there are a few problems with the overall design. The suction is fine and it’s great for reading under low profile furniture. It’s also very easy to convert into handheld. The problems relate to the upright handle. It’s more flexible than I would like and durability is a concern. Also, the power button is too close to the top of the handle and I have frequently turned it off by accident when my hand slips slightly during use. The handle grip in the back isn’t particularly effective as well. Overall good performance for hard surfaces and thinner carpets.

> 3 dayThis is so lightweight and compact that it takes up very little room and is so easy to grab and do a quick once over of the floors. It gets into tight spaces easily. The suctions is great and even though the dirt trap needs to be emptied frequently, its so easy to do that its hardly a bother. Highly recommend, especially for older people who may not have the strength to wrestle with a heavier vacuum.

> 3 dayI LOVE this! I bought a house from a “flipper” and it is a little more than half carpet, the rest is hardwood and the kitchen, linoleum. I have four dogs. I also have neuropathy, making it hard to maneuver with no obstacles not to mention with furnishings. I have been struggling to keep the dog hair and dust down with a broom due to my asthma. Today I whipped out my little Bissell and gave it a whirl. It is very lightweight and easy to maneuver. I did not have to pull out my sofa and try to get behind with the broom. I simply used the bend down handle feature and away went all the fur and dust. I have huge library cabinets that cannot be moved, but I went right under those as well. I was disgusted at what the broom and Swiffer had been missing. I just can’t get under there like I used to. It took up pieces of kibble from the kitchen floor, bits of dried rice, and dirt the dogs bring in. I have a very dusty house despite air purifiers. This sucks up all the dust and human hair from the bathroom floor too. A word about carpet. This appliance is just fine for my area rugs and I am certain it would be fine for ordinary plush carpet of a standard depth. However, the “flipper” chose to put in cheap ugly shag carpeting (can you actually believe that?!) in the bedrooms and small family room). This product does not provide heavy suction for shag carpet. It did remove surface and craft glitter, but there were larger bits that I had to go over several times. I love this vacuum for the purpose I bought it for, to stay on top of the dog hair in my floored areas, which is where I spend 2/3 of my day. It does a fantastic job. No more taking the broom and dustpan out everyday. I love that it is cordless and recharges with ease. I am not tripping over a cord. The dirt bin is small, but it is simple to empty in 2 seconds. I did my living, dining, and kitchen areas and then had to empty it, but my home is small. This is a fabulous help to me!

> 3 dayThis stick vacuum cleaner has the best suction, even for cleaning car floors. It is a pleasure to use it, especially for an older person. Thanks Bissell!

> 3 dayI got this to use as a second vacuum cleaner, just for quick clean up in between regular cleanings. Lightweight and maneuvers well. Love the added bonus of the handheld. Easy to dump the dirt. Works well for me, would not want this as my only vacuum, since it probably would need recharging in the middle of cleaning. But I got this for quick clean up and it does the job.

> 3 dayVery good suction. Almost as good as our central vac and much easier to maneuver. Very happy with purchase.
