09-06-2025I really like this cleaner. I used it on my sectional couch. I have cats that lay on it and it needed more than just vacuuming. It looks and smells great now.

> 3 dayThis little vacuum is awesome. We have a mix of rugs and theyve gone in the washing machine, been spot cleaned, but nothing was getting those tough stains out. Within just a couple minutes this little machine got rid of those stains!! Its easy to use and comes with 2 attachments and 2 little sample bottles. setting up takes just a minute, pour water into the tank, pour the cleaner and the anti-bacterial agents, plug in, and youre good to go! The suction power is GOOD, its not WOW AMAZING. It takes some patience using this as it took a few extra passes/sprays to get out those tougher/deeper stains but it did get them all! My tips are to work small areas at a time and dont overspray the water.

> 3 dayI had a couple of dingy, high traffic areas on a multi-colored area rug. Not terrible but noticeable against the less trodden parts. I had it professionally cleaned and it looked great at first but those areas returned after a few days. I was able to make the dingy parts look brand new, to the point that now I have to clean some other areas because they look a bit faded in comparison! I see some reviews talking about poor suction-- you just have to make sure you tilt the brush forward so youre pushing the slot where the airflow is directly against the carpet, at which point it pulls up the water quite well. Also, the instructions caution not using water over 140F, (which they consider warm), but the hottest water my tap puts out is about 130F, by thermometer (which is pretty hot to the touch). So unless your hot water is scalding I dont think you need to worry about warm. Hot water will clean better, if your particular rug or upholstery can tolerate it. Couple of caveats and why I docked it a point: -- the pro formulation is heavily scented, filling my house with a sweet floral scent. I wish they offered something less overwhelming, but its just what was included so maybe they do, or maybe I can find something else. Going back over the areas with plain water fixed it, but it took a while, because no matter how much you work it with the soap solution, squeegeeing water back out with the suction, it will leave residue (recommend this in general since soap residue will encourage dirt to reaccumulate in the cleaned area). --Its LOUD. I mean, you would do well to wear ear protection loud. I do shop work and this is far louder than my shop-vac or even table saw. Get some headphone type or in ear type noise protection. Seriously, if you are working for 15 minutes with this next to you you could literally damage your hearing. Other than that all good by me, Im really pleased that I could remove those stubborn soiled areas. Time will tell if the machine is durable, will update if any problems.

> 3 dayWorks so great! I have noticed if you push too hard on the handles it will spray out the side but its easy to not do that.

> 3 dayQuite like this petite machine. Cleans well. 5/5 One tank did the whole couch. (X2 for good measure.) 2+ tanks for a 7x9 carpet. Really excited to use it on car seats!

> 3 dayThis thing is so dang loud but I can excuse it because it works so well for me. I have cats that throw up occasionally (thanks hair balls) and sometimes it makes more of a mess than you’d expect. Having this little gadget is so handy and it’s very easy to use. I use my own cleaners I like and it works just as well! For what is it’s I think the size and price are great I just wish it weren’t so loud.

> 3 dayMy wife and I set out to find a steam cleaner to clean spots and high traffic areas on our carpets. After seeing a video review of one of the portable models on Facebook, we decided on this model. Pros and Cons The first thing I discovered is that this model is NOT a steam cleaner. Had I read the product description more carefully I would have realized that. So I was skeptical about how well it would work. The first thing we cleaned was a three year old sofa in the family room room with no visible signs of soil. After filling the tank with hot water and the very small amount of cleaning fluid required, we went to work. Man oh man! After going over the couch, the water in the tank was brown and disgusting! We had no idea it was that dirty. Next we tackled the beige carpet in front of the couch. This area was visibly soiled from foot traffic and food spills. Using the deep clean attachment we cleaned an area about 4 feet by 8 feet. The Bissell removed all the stains and made the carpet look brand new! Same results on the stairs and landings. I have to look hard to find any cons. One might be that it cleans so well youll wish you could tackle large areas. But its truly a portable cleaner for relatively small areas. If you want to clean all your carpets this is not the best choice. Also, it has a nice long electrical cord, but the hose could be a bit longer. You tend to have to move the unit a lot because the hose is short. But if you are looking for a great portable cleaner to use in the car or around the house, you wont be disappointed in this model.
