I have a new house and coffee got spilled on the living room carpet after living here only a couple of months. I tried to get the spot out unsuccessfully. I then called a professional carpet, shampooing service and had them come and clean the carpet. The spot was still visible. I then decided to give this little machine a try. I even bravely bought an Amazon warehouse model that was listed as used. I figured someone ordered it and then cleaned up something nasty and returned it… Was pleasantly surprised to find a pristine model. Even the two trial bottles of cleaner were still sealed! The coffee stain is gone!!!

Shocked & appalled at how well this works. kids constantly taking food & drinks in their room, creating spills and messes. potty training overnight. i needed a solution instead of buying new mattresses every 3 months. so i boight this machine and mattress protectors to gelp. very minimal effort & they came out like brand new after just one cleaning. i still will do another just to be sure.I LOVE THIS !!

This little machine definitely has suction power. I had to go over some heavily stained areas 3-5 times but it worked! Our sofa looks brand new. The entire couch dried in 5 hours. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the length of the hose was inconvenient. About 12 inches longer would have helped.

This product is amazing! I just got it today and started using immediately. I did, however loose suction a couple of times and I just turned it off then back on again. It cleaned up old pet stains that I have literally tried everything to remove.

Like the title says, this unit was super simple and easy to use. Water+cleaning solution in; dirty water out. Rinse. Repeat. It’s small enough that it’s VERY maneuverable / easily lifted onto a bed/etc. Purchased to deep clean my mattress and did a phenomenal job— both a cleaning & pulling out excess moisture. Also used it on two different coffee/wine stains on the carpet I’ve SCRUBBED many times by hand to no avail. This pulled out both stains in a matter of 30-sec. 5/5 star

Mom of 4 children, 2 dogs, 2 cats. I have this super comfy recliner, charcoal grey (hides the dirt), and is the favorite spot for everyone in the family to sit. This chair weathered a pandemic, with everyone working and learning from home; it was not unusual for me to find 2 children squished into the chair, in their school meetings, with a cat perched behind them. I finally pulled out my Bissell yesterday, when the cat (Princess Dwayne Johnson) vomited while perched on the back of the chair, all over it and me. I was easily showered and my clothes were easily laundered. But the chair... I was skeptical about whether the Bissell could handle the job. But the cat barf came up with ease. As did YEARS of dirt and dander that I didnt realize was there. Ive seen toilet water that looked cleaner than my dirty tank did after The Little Bissell That Could was finished. So gross. Im sparing you all the photo, lest you call the authorities. When I say this thing sucks, I say that in a complimentary way. It sucks ALL the dirt and dander, even the stuff thats embedded and ground into upholstery. Deep cleaning is clearly its jam. Which is why Ill be spending the week after Christmas grossing myself out by cleaning everything else I can get my hands on...rugs, my other living room chair, the couch. Someday, my children will be grown, the pets will have crossed the Rainbow Bridge, and my house will be clean. In the meantime, Bob (my Bissell) and I will be BFFs with constant intervention on soft surfaces. May the Gross be with us.

I had a couple of dingy, high traffic areas on a multi-colored area rug. Not terrible but noticeable against the less trodden parts. I had it professionally cleaned and it looked great at first but those areas returned after a few days. I was able to make the dingy parts look brand new, to the point that now I have to clean some other areas because they look a bit faded in comparison! I see some reviews talking about poor suction-- you just have to make sure you tilt the brush forward so youre pushing the slot where the airflow is directly against the carpet, at which point it pulls up the water quite well. Also, the instructions caution not using water over 140F, (which they consider warm), but the hottest water my tap puts out is about 130F, by thermometer (which is pretty hot to the touch). So unless your hot water is scalding I dont think you need to worry about warm. Hot water will clean better, if your particular rug or upholstery can tolerate it. Couple of caveats and why I docked it a point: -- the pro formulation is heavily scented, filling my house with a sweet floral scent. I wish they offered something less overwhelming, but its just what was included so maybe they do, or maybe I can find something else. Going back over the areas with plain water fixed it, but it took a while, because no matter how much you work it with the soap solution, squeegeeing water back out with the suction, it will leave residue (recommend this in general since soap residue will encourage dirt to reaccumulate in the cleaned area). --Its LOUD. I mean, you would do well to wear ear protection loud. I do shop work and this is far louder than my shop-vac or even table saw. Get some headphone type or in ear type noise protection. Seriously, if you are working for 15 minutes with this next to you you could literally damage your hearing. Other than that all good by me, Im really pleased that I could remove those stubborn soiled areas. Time will tell if the machine is durable, will update if any problems.

This small machine does a great job of cleaning for its size and the money. A must for any household.

This is one time I truly wish I were a person who documents with photos. Have you seen the commercial with the dog who has wheels because his back legs are injured? The guy carries the Little Green Pro into the house and uses it on a track. One pass and the carpet is clean. Well, I dont know about you, but it made me scoff that that is only something that works in commercials, but at the same time, made me want to purchase this. My house is under construction. I have three rugs that are taped to the floor in the kitchen and in front of the front door. The rug that leads from the kitchen to the dining room has been adopted by my 14 year old Yorkie as a piddle pad. My floors, when the house is finished will all be hardwoods so I didnt want to purchase a full size, bulky carpet cleaner and this seemed to fit the bill. It arrived today...a Sunday!. I unpacked it anxious to clean the month old mess. Everything was easy to figure out and the instruction booklet was clear. I filled it with hot water and then added the antibacterial cleaner sample. I did not do the recommended spray and then wait wait a few minutes....I went right to work. The first pass, the carpet looked COMPLETELY CLEAN....just like in the commercial! I am thrilled beyond words!
