Greater than one weekLove the color because it is easy to find in my gym bag. Also the perfect size for post workout protein shakes. Only issue is making sure the top CLICKS before shaking because it will otherwise leak very bad.

> 3 dayDoes not leak, very durable when dropped, and easy to clean. I use these for my meal replacement shakes, 12 oz is more than enough. Most shakers I’ve had in the past were 16-20 oz shakers, too big.
