> 3 dayWorks great for what it is, I like these smaller sized shaker cups for preworkout and after drinking that I reuse it and make my post workout protein drink before hitting the gym so as to have it ready to go. Easier to get a quick shake and break up and not to mention clean. I have larger ones but in general these are my go to’s.

> 3 dayI have several of the larger sized blender bottles, but this was my first one in the smaller size. The price was lower than the retail big- box store’s price. I got the olive green one, as the color practically matches my Yeti coffee cup, so the days I make a coffee protein shake, it matches the days I have regular coffee. Just for the aesthetic lol. I will definitely be ordering more and in other colors too!
