> 24 hourI should start by saying that I value my time and tend to go the path of least time-commitment when it comes to eating. Enter the BlenderBottle Classic Loop Top Shaker. It’s not the easiest lid to pop shut, so make sure you really push down until it’s closed. Otherwise you’ll be cleaning up a big ol’ mess. Assuming you can do that part right, it does the job of blending protein drinks perfectly. That brings us to parts two and three; Chocolate-flavored Molk from Jocko and Four Sigmatic with Lion’s Mane. I’ve had a couple runs (13+ miles) where I’ve capped it off with the protein powder coupled with the instant coffee over water. What a perfect combo! I tried the protein powder by itself with water and it was missing something. I didn’t want to go with milk, so instead I grabbed the coffee out of the pantry. Usually runs of this distance in July and August will leave me drained for hours and in need of a nap but grabbing some fast protein and a smidge of smart caffeine takes away all the usual post-run drag. If you’re looking for a way to liven up your post-run mornings/afternoons, this is the way to go.

> 24 hourI just recently started working out again after a 10 year hiatus. I used to be a meat head loser now am just a fat dad loser looking for a little definition so I am not suicidal when I take my shirt off, lol. Back in my gym rat days a shaker bottle was a gym staple so naturally I needed one before I could even consider working out again! This thing worked surprisingly well, especially for the price. The shaker bottles o remember had a mesh like grate at the top and always left dry powder in the bottom and some clumps. This thing blended protien powder smooth.

> 24 hourIve had 3 of these bottles over 6 years. My advice for these bottles that i learned from my first is to NOT use a dish sponge. Every time you use those green/blue scrubbing dish sponges, they make small little scratches inside. Over time as more scratches are formed, those scratches begin to fill in with whatever you put in them (protein shake, milk, etc) and begins to smell. Your bottle, no matter how many times you clean it will smell. So every time you use a protein shake, wash it with water and soap and your hands if you want to avoid having a stinky bottle.

> 24 hourThe bottle is great; nothing special, just gets the job done without too many problems. I find that if I am working out for an hour to an hour and a half I almost always run out of water and have to refill it with water from the fountain. If you drink a lot of water or workout really hard definitely get a bigger one. Also, if you have anything other than water in there and finish it. If you leave it capped without cleaning it it starts to stink pretty bad. I’m pretty sure it gets imbedded in the plastic so try to wash it as soon as you finish using it.

> 24 hourI ordered these as replacements for bottles which I had purchased several years ago. The new ones seem to be just a high of quality as the ones I have used daily for years. Eventually the bottle cracked, but I got many uses out of it and was very pleased.

> 24 hourI am new to the world of shaker bottles. I didnt know what on earth I was looking for when it came to one. What makes one better or more useful than another? Is it because this one is clear and another one is eye-seering fuchsia. Is it because the ball inside this shaker is bigger than another? What are the answers to life? The answer is who the heck knows. I picked this one because it was cheap and looked good from the picture. And you know what? I picked correct. This is a great bottle for anyone. The little mesh ball is used to stir up protein powder. Protein powder clumps like you wouldnt believe and using just a spoon to stir it up just doesnt cut it. Get it? A spoon cutting it? Ill see myself out after I post this review. One invaluable lesson if I could leave one with you fellow novice is make sure the cap is sealed. Shaking the cup without the cap sealed will spray protein flavored water all over you, the kitchen, the lights, the cat, the computer, everywhere. Dont believe me? I present Exhibit A: my vanilla scented apartment from me not sealing the stupid cap. My cat still wont talk to me and its been months.

> 24 hourThe stereotypical protein shake bottle and for good reason. Its simple and it works. I use them for supplement drinks and anything else in between. I had to get a new one and I really like the added loop carry top which I mostly use to carry the bottle around with one finger (especially when my hands are full). Who would have thought such a simple addition would make me enjoy this product that much more--I cant go back to the old ones. Liquids and powdered supplements mix surprisingly well in the bottle. I cannot speak for bigger pieces of food (like fruit) but I would guess you should be using an actual blender for something like that. The one thing I did notice is that powdered supplements tend to stick to the inside of the lid in the groves and rim, which means youre not getting youre entire shake, even if it is a minuscule amount. Its BPA-free so pick up a few.

> 24 hourI had an original version and after many years it fell in the ground and cracked. So happy that I was able to find the original!

> 24 hourJust what I needed. Works as intended and also a good size. I honestly thought that I was getting a smaller bottle, but I guess I just didnt know what a 28 oz. bottle looked like. The bottle is plastic but does not feel too cheap, it is thick and does not feel like it going to break from using it the way it is intended. I have used this bottle for a couple months now and it still works perfectly fine. I do not have any trouble with it except for the smell that might come from mixing milk with your powder. if you do not wash your bottle carefully there will be some stuck in the cap of the bottle and the smell makes me want to puke when I am drinking from the hole. When that is the case I just take off the lid and drink from the side of the bottle and thoroughly wash the lid with soap to get the nasty smell out. (I usually use really hot water from a water boiler to wash the bottle)
