> 24 hourMy husband uses this for his protein drink in the morning. He had issues at first but realized if the powder was added after the liquid it blended easily.

> 24 hourThis changed my life. I have used protein regularly for years, trying different brands based on availability, flavors, and deals that Ive found. Each brand and flavor has had varying degrees of mixability with most resulting in a chunky mess when shaken in a regular bottle. With my most recent protein purchase (BodyTech) I was beginning to get fed up with my gloopy protein shake after my workouts and decided to see what the fuss was about Blender bottles. The fact is that it just works. That little metal ball does what your regular bottle cant, blend your protein into a smooth and palatable shake. In addition to that, the build quality is high. I get the sense that this will last a very long time. Pros: + Metal ball blends your protein perfectly. + Solid, thick plastic construction. + Sturdy screw top. Cons: - None.

> 24 hourI should start by saying that I value my time and tend to go the path of least time-commitment when it comes to eating. Enter the BlenderBottle Classic Loop Top Shaker. It’s not the easiest lid to pop shut, so make sure you really push down until it’s closed. Otherwise you’ll be cleaning up a big ol’ mess. Assuming you can do that part right, it does the job of blending protein drinks perfectly. That brings us to parts two and three; Chocolate-flavored Molk from Jocko and Four Sigmatic with Lion’s Mane. I’ve had a couple runs (13+ miles) where I’ve capped it off with the protein powder coupled with the instant coffee over water. What a perfect combo! I tried the protein powder by itself with water and it was missing something. I didn’t want to go with milk, so instead I grabbed the coffee out of the pantry. Usually runs of this distance in July and August will leave me drained for hours and in need of a nap but grabbing some fast protein and a smidge of smart caffeine takes away all the usual post-run drag. If you’re looking for a way to liven up your post-run mornings/afternoons, this is the way to go.

> 24 hourThis is one of those products that you think you dont really need. It seems like a silly gadget to have cluttering up the kitchen when there are other things you already own that could just as easily do the same job. You think that until you get one. And then you wonder what on earth was wrong with you that you waited so long when such a great tool could have been yours for a measly eight bucks. Im going to be completely honest with you. I do fancy myself an amateur chef, and I do make the occasional salad dressing, marinade, dipping sauce, what have you from scratch. And this is a fantastic tool for that. But the real reason I bought this bottle is because I really love chocolate milk, and the stuff that comes pre-made in a carton from the grocery store just doesnt hold a candle to the Nestle Quik I loved as a kid. But as we all know, making Nestle Quik with a glass and a spoon just never turns out the way you want it to. Either you spend 15 minutes mixing it up until your fingers cramp, or you just get it mixed completely and then have to drink it really fast before the unmixed mix starts to sink to the bottom. Not so with this little baby. Throw the Quik and milk in the bottle with the whisk ball, close and shake for 30 seconds or so, and you have cold, delicious Quik that stays mixed (not that I dont drink it really fast anyway). Then you just shake a bit of dish soap and hot water around in it, and its easily cleaned and ready for your next chocolate craving. Sure, sure. You could make your gourmet sauces or whatever with it. But we all know what youre really going to use it for. And its fantastic for that.

> 24 hourI bought my 28 oz. (I definitely wouldnt buy anything smaller) bottle 1 year ago. I wanted to see how it fared before writing a review. I use my bottle for a post bicycle yogurt mix. It works great! I place a little water in the bottle with the shaker thingy on the bottom then add plain yogurt and different powdered ingredient (nonfat dry milk, powdered peanut butter, etc.) I add either water or soy/almond milk to top off the bottle. Put the lid on and shake. It mixes everything well with no leaks. Afterwards, its really easy to clean with hot water or hot water with a little soap. So far I have seen no wear and tear. Id definitely would buy another.

> 24 hourI got the clear shaker. They used black lettering on the bottle already so why did they make the numbers and hash marks the exact same color as the bottle? You have to hold it up to your face to read it.

> 24 hourThe bottle is great; nothing special, just gets the job done without too many problems. I find that if I am working out for an hour to an hour and a half I almost always run out of water and have to refill it with water from the fountain. If you drink a lot of water or workout really hard definitely get a bigger one. Also, if you have anything other than water in there and finish it. If you leave it capped without cleaning it it starts to stink pretty bad. I’m pretty sure it gets imbedded in the plastic so try to wash it as soon as you finish using it.
