> 3 dayWith a toddler that likes to let go of hands and run, this does a great job. This is quite helpful for me with my grandchild because my legs dont move so well, I can be assured she wont run off or out of my reach.

> 3 dayIt helps me a lot when I take my great grandson to the park or anywhere so he doesnt run away from me hes autistic. A couple of children ask why I had him tied up like that and I said to him I cant run as fast as he can

> 3 dayIts definitely a good idea especially if youre going to a big park like Disney or something similar but I quickly got tired and felt how annoying it was to have my child chained up. simply put watch your kids like a hawk and dont rely on a cable link and walking them like a pet. Hmm come to think of it I dont a pet either.

> 3 daySo I like this product. However my 2 year old popped it off seriously in less than a minute. But I explained to her if she wanted to go hiking with mommy then she needs to keep it on or we will have to go home. She had no problem with that and she left it on the rest of the 2 hours. It did not seem to bother her aside from the fact that she’s not used to it yet. And when I took it off she was only a little sweaty around the wrist (it’s south Texas summer so that’s to be expected). No marks or anything like that. I just took off one star because if you have a child who will absolutely not listen in this way (which I feel like may be the reason you’re getting this) it most likely will not work because they’re definitely able to figure it out in a short amount of time. But that wasn’t a deal breaker for me. I actually loved it.

> 3 dayNice but would it really did was inspire my kid to stretch it out as far as possible and then run at me like a slingshot. I ended up taking it off pretty much immediately because he walked with me without it and walked behind me with it on.

> 3 dayMy son is a few months away from being 3 yrs old and just started running off outside recently. After I happened right next to Walmart parking lot thats when I decided to look for a tool that could help. What happened was, usually I carry my 5m old in a baby carrier and that way Im able to get my toddler in his carseat first but I was running into a lil store real quick in n out and just carried my baby and held Noahs hand. Well then I had to get baby in his carseat 1st, told noah put his hands on the car, he did, as soon as I leaned in to set baby down... Noah took off running. Scared the crap out of me. Then we have a long driveway but he keeps taking off running getting closer to the Rd, he always stop way before the Rd but he laughs n laughs and is just testing me. I try talking to him n stuff but he just doesnt understand he laughs n laughs (he did same in the parking lot). Tho weve only used this once and on a family walk so I had the baby in the carrier & daddy wore the wrist thing with noah, it worked great. it was Noahs first time usually I push him in stroller & wear baby, was happy daddy could come along for our first time to try it out n see how noah did with it--- noah got upset within a couple mins so mike put noah on his shoulders bc noah wanted it off so he could take off running. He enjoyed being on shoulders but he is very independent and we told him he couldnt walk unless he wore it and then finally he did that and he did great. Of course walking across the street or whatever we hold his hand even while wearing but I know without it he wouldve ran everywhere all around and with it he walked right with us (wasnt by any roads r anything or wouldve been holding his hand anyway so wasnt a risk area). It feels really nice, I have practiced with noah around the house myself and I really like it and the way it works and I dont see how it could come apart at all !!! Great little tool for momma very happy !

> 3 dayAt first I was 100% against these. In todays world, in a crowded places is a must. I bought it for us to use with our 4 year old when we go to Gatlinburg. The piece of mind I will have while he gets to enjoy walking and being the adult he wants to be is……priceless.

> 3 dayWe used these on a big family trip to Spain. If youve been to Barcelona, Spain, you know it can get pretty busy in the touristy areas, so even though Ive been there before I wasnt going to risk it on a trip with our 3 kids (9, 6 and 4). We got one of these each for our 6 and 4 year old. It was such a relief to know I could not lose them in a crowd. Unless you have them restrained in a stroller I would not walk through a busy city without these at their ages. Theyre easy for adults to get on and off yet feel very sturdy and secure at all times. The only real debate is what length you want - roughly 4 feet or 8 feet. We did 8 feet and it was fine but sometimes theyd wind around people and get out of my sight (though connected). We are taking them to Yellowstone (geysers) and Im thinking of the shorter ones. (I promise Im not a crazy helicopter parent- but I was truly fearful of losing my kids in busy European streets without them being able to find me again). HIghly recommend.
