The product is fine. The one star review is for Blueair, no customer support. I have left voicemails, emails, and have probably 20 open support tickets that have never been answered.

Failed right after I installed. Red and orange light ALL the time and shuts off. This whole unit is a complete rip off and failure

The design is well made and it allows it to ship in a smaller box. However, the price is higher than it should be. We replace every 6 months. The prefilter should be vacuumed and washed periodically to get the most life out if this filter.

I have allergies. I need this room air filter. I did not realize when I bought that I would need to replace the filter twice a year at about $75 each. This is a cost purchasers need to factor in evaluating room air filtration options. Otherwise the product works well in a moderate size room.

The purifier runs quietly. Easy to setup. Maintenance is not that much. You have to change 1 filter and hand wash the other one.

Came already broken :-/ Bought the OEM for significantly extra hoping… itd be better… ugh. Broken corners might not matter at first but to reuse and lightly wash. no bueno

Cleans the entire house within 12 and a 1/2 minutes I love it I would not buy another one because its too expensive but its definitely worth the money.

Use this in NYC and it has significantly decreased my seasonal allergies and the need to dust daily.

Easy to replace. Just follow directions.

Feel comfortable in knowing this unit is cleaning my air in our upcoming fall/winter germ season
