> 24 hourThe headstrap comes in a deceivingly small and compact package considering how large the headstrap is. The instructions are very clear and most people that have had experience with replacing the Quest’s headstrap can do it without reading the manual. The headstrap is unbelievably comfortable and puts very little pressure on your face as advertised. It supports your forehead, the top of your head, and the back of your head with foam similar or the exact same as what VRCover uses for their face interfaces. The batteries are very effective at balancing the weight of the headset which makes it even more comfortable. Since there is very little weight on your face, fogging doesn’t happen very often. No matter how much I tightened the headstrap, it remained comfortable and enjoyable to wear. In fact, I recommend you tighten it as much as you can because it drastically improves the experience. The headstrap also allowed for the iconic flip-up mechanic that the Vive Cosmos introduced. This headstrap takes everything that we’ve learned about headstraps and combines it all into a singular, beautiful headstrap. All in all, this headstrap is essentially perfect for most use cases. The batteries come within a separate box contained in the box of the headstrap. That box contains the 2 batteries, a charging pad, a stick pad for the charging pad (for if you want to place the charging pad on a wall or on a surface that isn’t flat. It can stick onto seemingly any surface and still hold the weight of the charging pad, the batteries, and more), and 2 USB-C to USB-C cables of different lengths. The charging pad works perfectly and so do the batteries. The batteries are mounted onto the charging pad and headset with a strong magnet which may seem like an issue but I can assure you that it is not. In fact, because it’s mounted using a magnet, it allows for easy battery swapping. When I mounted a battery onto the headset and violently shook my head around, the battery did not budge what-so-ever. I cannot imagine a (humanly possible) head movement that can knock the battery off of the headstrap. All in all, this headstrap is, in my opinion, the best headstrap for the Quest 2 out on the market and by a lot. The packaging is good, it is comfortable, and it is built well. The only 3 things that I can think of which could make this headstrap better is if it came with detachable and flexible off-ear speakers similar to the speakers of the Valve Index, a dial on the side of the headstrap to adjust how much the sides push on your head (with additional cushioning on the sides of the headstrap), and 1 or 2 charger heads for the USB-C cables. I urge you to buy this headstrap. You won’t regret it.

> 24 hourI have sensitive skin and scalp psoriasis, so the basic strap that came with the meta quest 2 really hurt my face after not even an hour of play, and irritated my scalp. With this new headstrap, I was able to play skyrim vr for 3 hours without issue. The weight on the back helped balance the weight of the vr, plus the cushions are comfortable and supportive. The installation was so easy once I watched a quick YouTube tutorial, and if you keep one of the batteries charging while using the other, youll theoretically have infinite playtime. Just keep in mind, its a tad heavier, so youre neck might feel it after awhile if you play too much. 5 stars regardless.

> 24 hourI like it but wish I could adjust those 2 horn pieces on top of the headset. I can feel it dig into my scalp and I keep adjusting it. I took the velcro connected pieces out and in spite of having a small head I have to choose between the headset being too tight in the back giving me a headache or thr horns on top digging into my scalp. It needs more clicks for adjusting per mm not cm difference and the horn should be able to adjust outward to allow for a bigger head. Its as if all headset accessories dir this VR headset are made for childrens heads.

> 24 hourThis strap is very comfortable, so much better than regular strap as it takes all the pressure from your face / cheekbones, now Im able to have long 3+ hour sessions without any discomfort, love it! The two batteries + charging dock also make it almost unlimited play time! some people complains that the batteries do not output enough power to charge the headset while in use so the headset very slowly gets drained, this is not my experience, maybe they improved it on this Plus model? or maybe the games I play are not so battery intensive? but in my experience the headset slowly charges from batteries during play and once it reaches 100 all you need to do is swap the batteries as they get drained between charging dock and strap. The magnetic mechanism also makes it super easy to swap without even having to take the strap off. The only thing I would improve is adding a USB C port in the strap battery dock to do pass trough data and charging. Not only this would allow to use the Link cable for PCVR without having to mess around withe the headset USB C connector (avoids damaging it from all the plugging / unplugging and tension from the cable), they are very adamant in the instructions on not charging both battery and headset at the same time (plugging a charger to a battery while in the headset dock, a lot of people do this and say it works fine but they have many warnings about this) so if they were to put this USB C connector in the headset dock under the battery you could not use it with a battery at the same time and this would allow people to easily charge their headset when needed while also separately charging the batteries in their dock. Lets say you go on a trip and use it enough to drain both batteries and the headset, now you need to charge all 3 of them so you either charge the batteries and allow them to charge the headset (inefficient and slow) or charge all 3, you can do it but you need to mess around with the headset connector which I prefer not to as to not damage it...

> 24 hourWhen the headset battery runs out it is not seeing the charged battery you put on. So much for continuous gaming.

> 24 hourI like everything about it. It’s very comfortable and stays put securely in your head when playing. When placing the battery on the headset you can see how strong the magnets are and you can play without worrying that it will fall out. I highly recommend this headset strap.

> 24 hourAdding this battery pack headset has been a huge game changer. So much more comfortable to wear than the head strap that came with the unit. This really helps balance out the weight from front to back which makes it easier on my neck. I love the hot swap battery packs, which really extends my game playing time. Battery packs charge quickly and work well. I have not plugged in my headset directly since receiving this product. I use the battery packs only. Great product which seems well-made.

> 24 hourThis head strap works awesome for me, I bought one for my wife who has a smaller head and it’s not as comfortable for her. It slips down unless she tightens it to the point where it’s uncomfortable for her. The battery life is amazing!

> 24 hourThe head strap is way better than the original one and the batteries have a good amount of charge which allows me to use the headset for a long period of time. The only downside is that youll ve using the USB-C port in orfer to use the batteries, and in the case of PC connection, youll have a cable hanging...

> 24 hourAhora puedo disfrutar de más tiempo, sin preocuparme de que se agote rápidamente.Cómodo y muy practico. Solo que compre el estuche original y no queda bien. Recomiendo comprar el estuche de esta misma marca.
