> 3 dayThis is by far the best investment in VR Ive made next to the Quest 2 itself. I cant even say enough about how comfortable it is, and the ease and quickness to adjust the size to fit whoever is playing is a huge advantage over the stock head strap. Charging and swapping batteries is a breeze and there is an audio cue as well when the battery is connected so you know you have a secure connection. The only reason the review lost a star is because the charging cable that was supplied for the charging dock did not fit securely and would not keep the dock powered or charge the batteries. Once I replaced it with a better quality cable that I already had, the dock worked great and the batteries charged without issue. Customer service is a little slow to respond as well. Overall, when it comes to comfort alone I would highly recommend this head strap and the additional batteries if you are someone that plays for extended periods of time.

> 3 dayThis strap is amazing! Lots of adjustment, good balance, great comfortability. My quests battery runs out quickly when not plugged in, and when the battery pack is plugged in it stays on for a good while, and by the time the current battery runs out of juice, your next one is fully charged and good to go! The single complaint I have is the little velcro strap thats supposed to hook into the top of the headset above the facial interface is much much too short, and at least with the kiwi design facial interface it pops the facial interface out of socket when worn because of how short it is, and the little side thingies that slide on to attach the strap squeeze against the interface too.

> 3 dayThis is a must have for anyone who plans on using the meta/oculus 2 for more than an hour at a time. First off, the comfort is amazing, game changer, super adjustable and secure. Easy to set up, maybe takes 10 minutes and the hot swappable batteries mean you can VR indefinitely if youre in the mood. I Highly recommend this set up.

> 3 dayWe love this strap and battery. It is wonderful. The weight in the back with the battery nicely balanced out the headset weight, and it’s very comfortable to wear for long periods of time, as well as easy to take on and off and switch with friends. Everything fits in the BOBOVR traveling case, though I wish there was room for more accessories.

> 3 dayI tried two other headsets before this one. The headset is comfortable. When you put on the battery the Quest uses the battery and when it is drained it uses the battery in the Quest. If the Quest battery gets low you put on the second battery. Also the battery sits on top of the tension dial. Some of the others have the battery that goes on the back. This makes the headset thicker and if you are sitting in a recliner it pushes your head forward.

> 3 dayOverall pretty nice! It is hard to adjust with the battery pack on, and the top arms start to hurt, even though they are padded. The spring pressure basically forces in and starts hurting. Overall happy with it though.

08-04-2025I have sensitive skin and scalp psoriasis, so the basic strap that came with the meta quest 2 really hurt my face after not even an hour of play, and irritated my scalp. With this new headstrap, I was able to play skyrim vr for 3 hours without issue. The weight on the back helped balance the weight of the vr, plus the cushions are comfortable and supportive. The installation was so easy once I watched a quick YouTube tutorial, and if you keep one of the batteries charging while using the other, youll theoretically have infinite playtime. Just keep in mind, its a tad heavier, so youre neck might feel it after awhile if you play too much. 5 stars regardless.

> 3 dayThis is the third head strap Ive tried (not counting the one that comes with the Oculus) and Ive finally found the one that works. My issue has been that the weight of the Oculus pulls the head strap down and it ends up pressing uncomfortably on my cheek bones. When I tried to relieve the pressure by adjusting the top strap the weight of the Oculus still pulled the entire head strap down. Both of the other straps could be tightened down, but I found that because I have long hair they would just slide up on the back of my head. The BOBOVR M2 finally holds everything in place comfortably. The head strap itself is secure on my head, so the Oculus is held in contact with my face instead of resting on my face. I dont get the red ring from having the Oculus tight against my face, but the rig feels secure and stays in place as I move around. Also, TWO battery packs! One is always charging and can be swapped out instantly if needed. Im not hard core, but if you are, its a nice feature. I wish I had bought this at the start.

> 3 dayThe strap is very comfortable, and the battery weight actually helps shift the weight of the headset to the top of my head vice pulling my head down like the native Quest 2 strap. I find it much more comfortable to wear for long periods. Also, the swapable batteries are fantastic, I find it easy to pull one off and throw the other on but it still has a strong enough magnet to keep them from shifting around when playing fitness games. The cushions also dont soak up sweat which I appreciate. Im currently rocking the plastic grip strap on the upper side of the back head support and the cushion on the lower side, I find the cushion is comfortable and the plastic upper keeps the headset from shifting around on my head,
