> 3 dayTeeth yellowing? Rotting? Aging? Do you use whiteners all the time because you’re afraid of matcha stains, golden milk stains, Ube latte stains and wine stains? Are you a millennial watching your teeth age before your eyes, afraid of the consequences of age everywhere, including your teeth? Yup. You just won the teeth lottery. You found the toothpaste you’ve been crying out helplessly for. Dreams of losing all your teeth begone for Boka is here. Will edit review later to include long-term improvements but daaamn my teeth are whiter then the snow capped mountains of the Pacific Northwest.

> 3 dayOut of the blue last year, I developed an allergy to fluoride that sent me on a hunt for flouride-free toothpaste. I found Boka and really loved the scientific evidence of hydroxyapatite for cavity prevention as well as the fact that this brand didn’t use any artificial flavors or colors in their product. This is my 2nd time purchasing Boka toothpaste. My first purchase was the Ela Mint, which I give a 5/5. Unfortunately, the Coco Ginger flavor is really lacking in sudsing action compared to the mint. As far as whitening goes, I haven’t really noticed any changes, though that’s not something I’m really interested in nor pay attention to, as my teeth look fine IMO. It still does the job of cleaning my teeth and making my breath feel fresh, but I prefer Ela Mint.

03-04-2025I tried switching to another hydroxyapatite toothpaste (David’s) and both me and my boyfriends teeth started feeling terribly painful by the end of the tube. Immediately after my first brush returning to Boka, my sensitivity felt significantly better. It’s an incredible product. When I was using it consistently for months, my sensitivity was completely gone and my enamel looked regenerated. I can’t recommend it enough. I just tried the lemon lavender flavor and it’s sooo pleasant

Greater than one weekI purchased this toothpaste on a recommendation from our daughter. We were visiting and I noticed how healthy and white her teeth looked. Our dentist told us years ago that because of a high fever in an illness as a toddler had caused her teeth enamel (emerging teeth) to not develop properly. Shes had issues with this over the years. And cannot use commercial whitening products. But her teeth appeared so healthy and white that I noticed. She then told me about this toothpaste. Both my husband and I are very pleased. It does a superb job of cleaning (we use elec. brushes) and I have noticed that my teeth are whiter. Its a natural white not artificial. Our teeth/gums appear healthier. It is a bit more expensive than drugstore brands but less expensive than dental work! One may have to get accustomed in that it does not foam very much and has a pretty mild taste. These are relatively small matters to me as the investment in my overall dental health is worth it. Also, the results appear over time. Weve been using this toothpaste for about four weeks. Our daughter gifted us with a tube to try out before making the purchase. I am very pleased with this purchase.

> 3 dayI cut dyes out of my daughters foods, but never thought to look into other products. Well recently I became aware that toothpaste has not only dyes, but SLS (sodium laurel sulfate). Ive always known that toothpaste has a neurotoxin known as flouride, but not how it could be effecting my toddlers teeth. After we started using flouride (about 18 months old, when she could understand you cant swallow the toothpaste) she developed dark staining on her front two teeth. I immediately took her to the dentist, and they told me it was from sugar sitting on her teeth after nursing. I never argued that, until we switched to BOKA. A month after boka, my girls staining was less noticeable. My husband also uses this kind because mint makes him gag (on the spectrum) and he says his teeth have never felt so clean. I have ocd with my teeth, and this is the first Flouride-free paste that feels like it cleans my teeth well. No grittyness or film is leftover. I have always suffered from sensitive teeth, and our dds has suggested letting sensodyne sit on my teeth. Again, I never questioned it. After 2 months of using boka, I dont even think twice about eating ice cream or drinking a cold drink. Our dds confirmed that our teeth are in tip top shape, and a soft spot I had last visit (6 mos ago) is no longer soft, just dark. After our exam, I told her we switched to flouride free and she was speechless. I have never in my life gotten a good report at the dds, and always chalked it up to bad genetics- after all I brush and floss at least 2x a day! This stuff is a miracle product, I tell everyone to switch from traditional toothpaste!!!! Wish it was available in stores, hopefully I can recruit enough customers that it will be!

> 3 dayI know the effects of the active ingredient happen over a longer period of time, but after having a few dental concerns, I felt like it was this, or pony up for more prescription flouride toothpaste from my dentist. I was told I brush too hard during my last dental visit, where had I developed sensitivity after getting a side buckle filling that persisted for almost a month until using this. Wierdly, almost a few days later, most sensitivity around my mouth just diminished... I feel a lot more confident chewing in different parts of my mouth now! Its amazing what we take for granted. The coco ginger flavor I started using is the perfect balance of flavor, not too strong and actually something I now actually look forward to. I brush with a small dab, spit, then cover my teeth with another small dab to let it soak in. After looking at multiple products here, I noticed this was the least abrasive, and offered the best value for the size of a product with nano sized particles. My teeth feel stronger, whiter, and will absolutely be buying again in the future. I may possibly even try a new flavor, even though this one is fantastic.

> 3 dayI love this toothpaste! It leaves my teeth feeling ‘after dentist clean’. I brushed my teeth four times the first day it arrived. My initial thoughts were that it looks, feels, and smells like lotion. The taste was mild, but very good, not overpowering. A little goes a long(er) way than one might initially think because it is so flat when you put it on your toothbrush. It doesn’t foam, which also contributes to the feeling of needing more. Edit: after using this toothpaste at least twice a day, I have noticed that, while my teeth do feel cleaner, they are not as white as they used to be and are a more sensitive. I will continue to use, but will likely use in addition to my regular toothpaste.
