> 3 dayI noticed a difference almost immediately in the way my teeth felt. My back teeth kinda suck and I have periodontitius. I could tell my teeth felt better almost immediately after using it one time. its hard to describe, but the pockets didnt feel as deep. The taste is good and its whitening my teeth. Compared to the Sensodyne I was using, this is way better. I plan to keep using it.

> 3 dayOk, I’ll admit it. I’m 30 years old and I have always hated brushing my teeth. That is almost 11,000 days of my life I have struggled with brushing my teeth. Like, I still did, but not everyday and I hated it. I know I need to. I want to! I want pretty, healthy teeth. I thought long and hard about what I didn’t like- I didn’t like the foamy mess that often made me gag, I didn’t like how mint affected the taste of food, I didn’t like the “tingly clean” sensation that lasted for hours, especially when I went to bed. I bought nearly every non-mint flavor of toothpaste on Amazon and tried them. Boka changed my life. I have brushed my teeth twice a day (or more!), every day since I tried this stuff. My teeth are whiter and cleaner. Now that my morning routine is complete, instead of a nagging “you still need to brush your teeth,” my days start strong. I’ve decluttered my entire house. I’m on top of my professional work. My laundry is all washed and folded. Wtf. This stuff is magic. I think the ginger flavor is slightly better than the lemon flavor, but they’re both dope.

> 3 dayApparently, from using a whitening charcoal toothpaste, I did something that made my teeth hurt. I had discomfort for about a year before I found this toothpaste. It says it remineralizes your teeth and I guess thats what it did. After about 2 month, my teeth stopped hurting. Im really happy.

> 3 dayThis is one of the few toothpastes that I’ve found that is free of mints & tea tree oils. Those are known antidotes to many homeopathic remedies.

> 3 dayReceived Jan 23, 2023 Lemon/lavender flavor I will update the longer I use this toothpaste, but I can tell you right away that the flavor is amazing! It is not overpowering at all. I use as directed. Brush 2 min and dont rinse. I find I like it better on a dry brush, which is also suggested. I was worried about leaving the toothpaste on, but it does not foam like other toothpaste so it did not bother me. Backstory- I had 2 teeth that needed a root canal and the dentist capped them instead. He said 99% of the time it takes care of the pain and root was not showing. My luck it made the pain even worse. 3200 MG ibuprofen a day, switched to sensodyne until this arrived, also brushed with peppermint essential oil from doterra and started antibiotics just in case. I highly recommend peppermint oil for anyone dealing with pain. Anyway, I ordered this toothpaste because I cannot afford a root canal and based on the reviews, I am hoping this will prevent it and strengthen my teeth.. I do not know what worked. The antibiotics or sensodyne, but my pain was pretty much gone before I received this. I cannot eat on that side yet and the pain has started again since switching to this toothpaste, but not enough to take pills. Whatever took the pain away took a week. I figure this toothpaste will need to build up over time. I will update my review later, but my teeth have never felt cleaner. Even after working all day and eating lunch. My teeth still feel clean all day! 5 stars for now.

> 3 dayI’ve switched this to become my every day toothpaste. It comes in several flavors so I decided to try 2 to start off: the mint and the lemon lavender (which, by the way, is also very nice), trying to switch to all natural can be challenging but this made switching to a natural toothpaste more exciting, as I really wanted to try the different flavors. It doesn’t really foam up clean but you can def feel it deep cleaning! I’m not sure if it truly builds the enamel over time but I love the way it makes my teeth feel and look. It’s worth a try to see if it’s your style! For me it’s become an essential. Hope this was helpful!

Greater than one weekSticker shock, Ill admit. $12 for a tube of toothpaste hurts the wallet a bit. But I wont use any other kind of toothpaste now. Leaves my mouth feeling fresher and my teeth feeling clear than it would when I used a fluoride toothpaste.

> 3 dayI like this brand of toothpaste, so far no issues with my teeth. Tartar control is so far ok in comparison to name brands. However, Ive had no pains in my teeth from using this product. I would prefer the mint flavor. This flavor is hard to get used to. I gagged the first couple of times.
