This brown tape is the perfect thickness for packing -- not so thin that it gets twisted and sticks to itself, but not so thick that its difficult to cut. The brown is only slightly transparent, and holds things shut well. The included dispenser is simple, yet effective.

Finally! A packaging tape that doesnt take me five minutes just to find the end to start taping up a box. This is thicker tape, so its super easy to find the end and get the job done. It seems stronger than clear tape, but maybe slightly less flexible, too. Thats not necessarily a bad thing, but you just have to consider what you are going to be using it for. I needed it to tape boxes securely closed before mailing, and this is perfect. I appreciate that it comes with a plastic dispenser and doesnt require running out to purchase one more thing.

This tape is as good as any other tape. It is super heavy duty at 2.4 mil, it seals boxes, its 1.88 wide and each roll gives you 60 yards. The tape is not all warped and bubbly, but it is in date and will hold your boxes closed until you cut them open. Great value and highly recommend.

Feels better than the clear white tapes. * You also get one red dispenser. * Compatible with dispensers even from the 1970s. In my picture, youll see a dispenser thats been in the family since the 1970s. I guess the 3 inch core diameter is something that has never changed through the decades. The best shipping tape in the world. Tape adhesive can be removed from any plastic that it touches without leaving any residue. Would highly recommend especially with the low price for the quantity.

I pack and ship large boxes every day. I prefer to use Duck HP260 clear packing tape, but in an attempt to save money, I am trialing some of this brown tape. After using four rolls of it last week, and not getting any reports of packages arriving opened, so far Im very pleased. I also bought a nice TENDO handheld dispenser, with the angled blade, and between the tape and the dispenser, Ive had no problems applying and handling this tape. Much of my taping involves pinching cardboard pieces together around a flat, square-edged product, and then applying tape with as much tension as possible. The break angle of the cardboard over the edge of the item is what immobilizes it in the package. The tape must not just stick, it must be pulled very tight, and *then* stick, and not come loose. So far, so very good! Note: I still use the Duck tape for shipping labels, and more, but over time I could see this brown tape taking over every other function. I really did not expect it to perform so well.

Strong tape; works great for short or long haul moves, but needs added length for bug heavy boxes. I would also invest in Some snap knife box cutters for moving day.
