The bearings are good for beginner boards, but can be tricky to clean. The red dirt seals tear easily of your not carful.

i bought these for my skates and they worked great but i did have one of the shields stopping the bearing from spinning as fast as it should have been, it was an easy fix though

It will take a while before these are in full swing and at their full potential, be patient with it and just go skate as often as you can. within a week they will be fast. they require to be broken in so be patient.

I have an older pair of skates (50 yrs old). I didnt know that the standard had been changed and ordered the current One Size Fits All Reds. Surprise, surprise. They dont fit all. Current production skates do indeed all use 8mm axles. But my older skates have 7mm axles. So the hunt was on. Not many suppliers of rollerskate/skateboard bearings carry the old ones. But after a bit of Googling I came upon these. Huzzah. They fit perfectly. So Im a happy camper. They were shipped promptly and were just as advertized. Alls well.

These are the best. They roll so much faster than any of the other bearing brands Ive tried. I remember the first time I put them in, I was so surprised that my board would just not stop rolling! I wasnt even pushing. I recommend these bearings to any skater, theyre so classic.
