> 3 dayEasiest way to reinstall when your time is more valuable than the cost of this usb stick. I needed a way to get a Mac Pro up and running to give away to my Mom and didnt want to invest the time, even though I knew what to do and how to do it... Worked great.

> 3 dayThe package mailed contains a plastic bag with the usb drive, a business card, and an “installation” sheet. The business card has a QR code to scan to give feedback. It’s an Amazon review QR code, and doesn’t go directly to them. The business card asks that you contact them for support. But…there is no email or phone number on the card, so how are we supposed to contact them?

> 3 dayIt was time to give away the old Mac that was running perfectly after 10 years. I needed a newer unit that could run new applications. I already had replaced the HDD with a 2 gig hybrid drive a few years back and I didnt want to toss the unit.So wiped out the HDD and tried every way to reinstall El Capitan for another user. First was a file not found error. Then I tried downloading from the internet. After a long while I got a ! and had to quit. I decided to make a bootable USB. So followed the instructions from Apple but my brand new Mac was not compatible and I was unable to make the startup drive.

> 3 dayThis was a simple, straight forward solution to restore my Macbook during a failed attempt (on my part) to update the OS. Apple was of zero help. This was of tremendous help!

> 3 dayNot tech savvy at all, but using this was a breeze. Watched the video via the instruction booklet, and had it done in minutes. Worth every penny.
