To reinstall a MAC OSX software after reformatting and you cannot locate the original install disk, this is your best option. Took a little tech support to walk through but was up in running in no time!

This worked exactly as stated and updated my late 2009 iMac quickly.

The package mailed contains a plastic bag with the usb drive, a business card, and an “installation” sheet. The business card has a QR code to scan to give feedback. It’s an Amazon review QR code, and doesn’t go directly to them. The business card asks that you contact them for support. But…there is no email or phone number on the card, so how are we supposed to contact them?

This product worked for me. I am so happy that this product brought my computer back to life.
