> 24 hourThis is an absolutely gorgeous laptop bag/case/shell. The outer is a hard shell which protects the laptop or whatever the contents are and it looks very edgey and modern which I love. The back is still very comfortable for wear. There is a zipper that expands the backpack for extra room, so its the perfect thing to bring for a day or two-day trip especially if youre flying - this will fit within carry-on guidelines and it allows enough room for your laptop, device accessories, and even a few articles of clothing. This will come into great use when I do small trips for work.

> 24 hourLooks good, seems durable. Havent got to use it much as I just received it. Only complaint so far is the detachable wallet needs a better design to attach to the backpack. Will update if it seems to not be holding up.

> 24 hourI don’t love it. Space is challenging and could be designed better.

> 24 hourI love the hard shell design, works great as a backpack. Considering kids these days dont really carry a bunch of books. We have had a dispute at the school over my daughters chrome book from last year. Claiming it was not turned it. So we were forced to let her take her expensive personal laptop to school while we work out the error with last years school chrome book. I hated the idea of having her go to school with it in a normal backpack or just carrying it under her arm. The darn thing was like 2k! This works great, has a lock on it and even a place for a battery pack to charge your phone! I may borrow it or heck take it back from her once the school issue is taken care of. It would make a great carrying case for a laptop on trips and fits a good sized 17 gaming laptop inside it easily!

> 24 hourI do a lot of single day travels for work, so I wanted a laptop backpack that is large enough to hold a thin jacket or something in addition to the laptop, and still be travel ready. I also dont use the overhead, so the backpack generally stays in the footwell below my feet, so the idea of having a hard shell for the backpack was appealing to me. The hard shell is a 4/5 for me. it feels tough, but doesnt give me a SOLID feel, so I dont think id ever want to put my weight on it when its at footwell. it does seem like it would be good against most normal impact though. theres plenty of compartments inside the backpack for power cords, pen/paper, and odds and ends. the anti-theft pocket in the back is a nice feature. I struggled if this should be a 3 or 4 star review, and would have given it a 3.5 if half stars are available. heres why I dinged it: 1. the price. This is considerably more than other comparably featured/sized backpacks, with the only exception being the hard shell, and as indicated previously, its not THAT sturdy. 2. for the price, it does not come with a battery - if the backpack came with its own battery that was nicely tucked away, it would have been some justification for the higher price. 3. dated / odd design - the connector for the power pack uses micro-USB instead of the standard USB-C that everything ships with now, so both charging and connecting is a pain. I actually had to find an old power pack to get it to work with the backpack. it also doesnt include a pocket / location for the battery, so it either will just bounce around inside the backpack, or you can put it in the pocket above, but the zipper is the wrong direction, so the cord ends up going diagonally across the pack. overall, its a nice looking backpack that does the job, but I feel the price is just not commiserate to the product youre getting.
