Bose QuietComfort 35 (Series II) Wireless Headphones, Noise Cancelling - Black (Renewed)

Got these in the mail the other day and they were still wrapped in the plastic and the sticker said ‘new’ on them. Item came in great condition - I did have some issues trying to pair the Bluetooth wireless connection to my phone at home... took them to work the next morning and it worked the first time I turned them on and has worked every time since at home.

Nothing said about being refurbished, followed instructions and turned them on, all I get is static out of the right earpiece, tried to reset but did not work, called amazon and they put me through to Bose who told me the headphones were out of warranty since they were first purchased back in 2018, I just received them today 03/09/2020

The patter of little feet above our ceiling was finally too much. I had never spent this much on headphones before, but based on Boses reputation for excellent noise cancellation, I took the plunge. I was not disappointed. We tested them by asking our granddaughters to run around upstairs, jump up and down and ride their scooters above my head. I fired up the maximum noise cancellation and --- nothing! Absolutely no sign of that noise upstairs. The balance of bass, mids and highs is also very, very good. I have heard other noise cancelling headphones, and sound quality always suffers when NC is turned on. Not these. The sound character is virtually identical, with or without NC turned on. Battery life is excellent. After a week of using them for 1 -2 hours a day, I finally recharged them when battery was at 50% (as reported by the robot voice when I power on the headphones). Time to full charge was 1 - 2 hours when using a standard iPhone charger and cable. Im very satisfied. I would buy these again.

These are perfect. There was no noticable difference between the Renewed product and a brand new one, other than playing a lot less. I previously had the QC-15, which are wired and these sound every bit as good. Top Quality headphones from Bose.

I guess I expected these to be like hearing protection when I first put them on. Sitting in the house, I could hear muffled sound around me. Granted, that went away when listening to music.

Been with the Bose Quiet Comforts for years. Lots of travel. These are the best.

Yes that are truly noise cancelling headphones. They block about 90% of the surrounding noise/sounds. They are really great for WFH people.
