> 3 dayWould NOT purchase a refurb from this company. Product came in with multiple drilled holes in one side of ear piece, parts rattling around inside and battery life less than 10%.. Would not charge. Did not come with case. Poor product refurb.. Had to go to Best Buy before a flight since these were garbage.. Sony noise canceling is much better as they are more clear. Bose has a small hint of white noise where the Sonys do not.

> 3 dayI was nervous to get the refurbished ones after reading some of the negative reviews but decided to take a chance... as far as I can tell they are brand new headphones. The packaging included all of the plastic/foam youd expect from a brand new product and the headphones look like theyve never been used, very happy I went for the refurbished version.

> 3 dayHonestly if I just forgot that I bought a renewed product from Amazon I wouldnt even have noticed when I received the product. Even after close inspection I found 0 scratches or visible faults on the outside. Sound is great and the bluetooth reception is good, I am able to go up to 2nd floor with the headset still in sync with my computer on 1st floor. Battery seems to hold for 40 hours as advertised as after a full days use its at 70-80% battery remaining. Im very pleased with the purchase.

> 3 dayI really enjoy this purchase. Only thing I’ll comment on is the microphone is lacking for calls.

> 3 daySound is great but the bluetooth is seriously a problem for many users, as may be seen when you Google why does Bose not connect with Macbook Pro, Macbook Air, etc. I have given up trying to make it work. I succeeded once but when I tried again the headphones are back to successfully connecting, but without actually switching the sound to my headphones. So make sure you carry audio cable and adapters with the headset.
